  We had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites thanks to the early morning receptionist. They were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by arranging an early breakfast for our friends and providing complimentary items like a shaving kit and dental/tooth cleaning kit whenever needed. Their excellent customer service, caring attitude, and quick support made us feel truly welcomed. Staff like him them a hotel experience memorable. Additionally free laundry facility was so good.Highly recommended!

  Stayed here for a weekend with my family for a soccer tournament and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — everything you need, from coffee and restaurants to groceries and gas, is within 5 minutes. Bonus - Pet friendly! Definitely recommend!

  My family had to stay here for 2 months after a small house fire. This was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff were the best, especially Theo at the front desk, and the two lovely women who worked the afternoon. They have dinner here Monday to Wednesday. It was the best coming home from work knowing I had a dinner ready to go on those days. The rest of the week we used the small kitchenette to prep our meals, and I frequently used the bbqs in the hotels back garden. My family and I are not picky eaters, so we always ate what they served on the days they provided dinner. They have cookies in the afternoon when you come home, so I remember eating a cookie and having a coffee in the lounge before I went up to my room. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The pool was also awesome, along with the laundry facilities. We had 2 full bathrooms. I miss the daily breakfast: the waffles, sausages, omelettes, orange juice. It was literally one of the best times I ever had. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

  End of stay: result: Nobel prize. 7:49am: Apr 12th, 26' - My Review - the Five star Gentleman with glasses in suite came in since apologized for every single one of my issues. Fewer stars only because, for some reason, the patio isn't open even during good weather... Words are just smart just like the guests in each room. Who wants to be with who? Or stay in what room? I hope there's proper training for all guests and customers, as well as the front-end nighttime staff. A business goes both ways... I would stay here again after my current stay, which I have extended. After some family troubles, I don't know how long it will be until I can find somewhere stable to land, but it's good to know I feel 100% safe here now. Thank you. Update: April 12th, 17:54. I have found stable ground. The service here is amazing. I have extended my stay again and am hoping to stay here once I finish the first part of my writing. Every room here is comfort. In over one month here, I've had three personal touch service moments. They are all special. One example: Harry greeted me, asked what he could do for me, and then showed me how he trains his people. Good man. He knows how I work. He knows how his people work, too. From: RP.
