  We spent a weekend at this location and we left some full size sealed bags of chips and when we called on Sunday evening the front desk told me that they'll talk to house keeping because normally when food like that is left behind they store it for a week so the front desk told me they'll call me Monday afternoon to let me know the situation, we on Monday I got no phone call from them and I called them back after 4 pm and front desk told that the cleaning staff has left and they will talk to them tomorrow ( Tuesday) and that front desk would call me back on Tuesday morning to let me know what is happening, so Tuesday I waited patiently for their call back in the morning and never got one so I called Tuesday afternoon and the front desk told me the same thing lije she said on Monday and that they call me now back on Wednesday. So here we r now on Wednesday no call back so I called at 2pm just to find out that another person at front desk says that cleaning staff throws away the food the get from the rooms right away. Cleary not everyone is on the same page and I think that the hotel staff had a great party eating our chips. The Wednesday front clerk apologized for the inconvenience but why does 2 out of 3 people are not on the same page and misleading the public.

  Hotel was nice and clean and front staff were polite and welcoming. Room was clean and cool and the fridge had ice. That was lovely. The only negative part of my stay, and it is a deal breaker for me, is the mattress. VERY hard (like there is a board under the mattress) and the springs were felt everywhere in my body. I rolled onto my stomach and they dug into my ribs and knees. I rolled onto my back and my hips were in pain. It was so bad I moved onto the sofa (not pulled out because we all know how those are!) and slept on towels and had the closet blanket to cover me. Unfortunately, I won’t stay here again.

  Needed a place to stay for one night and Staybridge seemed like one of the better value hotels in the area. It is located a short drive (10-15 min) outside of the Guelph core, but there's plenty of free parking here and it's easy to find. Staff working here were all very friendly. The nice gentleman at the front desk helped to sort out our multiple bookings, and we were even greeted with complimentary cookies. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious. I somehow ended up with a room that had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately we were here for work on a tight turnaround so I didn't really get an opportunity to fully enjoy it, but it was a nice surprise. Amenities are a little underwhelming - the gym is a bit small and the equipment is quite dated. Good airflow though. Swimming pool looked a bit small but probably good for families with kids. Ultimately would gladly stay here again if I was looking for a good value, comfortable stay.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very warm, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, with good options to start the day well. I also appreciated the social snacks, which added a thoughtful and homely touch to the stay. The hospitality throughout was excellent and the overall environment felt comfortable and well-managed. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. A special thanks to the manager, Harry, for managing his team so well and taking such good care of the guests. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

  The bathtub plug was broken the staff quickly fixed it, they have fresh backed cookies "my favorite is the oatmeal raisin", there complimentary breakfast is decent, I enjoy that they have alot of options for many people including orange guava juice, the laundry facility is easy to use, they do allow pets, just not in the pool area. Beds are comfortable, they do provide a pump system for dove hand soap, location, as well as body soap hair soap and conditioner
