Had a really wonderful stay here! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved that breakfast was included, and having access to a washing machine and a gym was such a great bonus. The facilities made the whole experience feel like a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again!

We had such a wonderful stay at **Staybridge Suites Toronto Airport East**! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel is truly **pet-friendly**, and the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Our cat, Rachel, absolutely loved her stay. If she could leave a review herself, she would probably give **11 stars out of 10! 🐱❤️** She felt so comfortable here that I think she has already decided where we are staying next time.
Breakfast was also excellent. A special thank you to **Lakshita and Ramandeep** for doing such a great job, and to **Bob** for his wonderful hospitality and for keeping everything so clean and welcoming.
Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. **Ayush, Basher, Divya ** were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy.
Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Great rooms, great breakfast, friendly people, and most importantly, **Rachel approved! 🐾❤️**
We will definitely be staying here again!

Exceptional Stay
I stayed at Staybridge Suites Toronto Airport East for two nights, Friday and Saturday, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect and very convenient, and everything about our stay was amazing.
The staff, cleanliness, location, and overall atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. We were very impressed and would definitely stay at Seabridge Hotel again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Beware of “Pay at Arrival”
I was left stranded with absolutely zero willingness from the hotel to help resolve the situation.
I booked online with the “pay at arrival” option and received a booking confirmation number. Despite this, my reservation was cancelled without anyone properly contacting me because they said they did not have a credit card they could charge. This makes absolutely no sense if the booking was specifically made with the option to pay upon arrival.
Every other hotel nearby was fully booked, leaving me with no option but booking one hour away and double price as this was extremely busy day for travel . The hotel’s attempt to contact me came on the day of my stay, when I was already travelling and did not have access to my email. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of effort to help find a solution.
It honestly felt as though my room was given to someone else because they could make more money from it. They did offer a small discount on the other two nights of my stay, but that did very little to compensate for the inconvenience, frustration, and the additional hour-long travel I had to make because of their cancellation.
My biggest concern is that the hotel does not appear to follow the “pay at arrival” policy as advertised. If a credit card is required to guarantee or hold the reservation, that should be clearly communicated before accepting the booking and issuing a confirmation.
I am also very disappointed that this property operates under the IHG name. My experience did not reflect the level of service or customer care I would expect from an IHG-affiliated hotel.
Be very cautious when booking here, especially if you select the pay-at-arrival option. Make sure you understand exactly what is required to guarantee your reservation. I am sure this is regular thing for them because they felt like it was totally justify
Originally booked on the Holiday Inn website, I requested early check in. Upon arrival at 1pm on Saturday August 1st, the lady at the front desk thanked us for being loyalty reward members and let us know that we had been upgraded to the Staybridge hotel attached! When we went to check in, they did not have a room for early check in. We were staying in town for VELD and let them know we wouldn't be back until after 2am to check in, the two ladies at the front desk at 1:08pm assured us that's no issue as there is staff 24/7, we asked if we needed to provide anything else for our booking and were told no. We arrived at 3:30am to check in and was told our reservation was cancelled and are now completely sold out for the night, the man working the front desk said 'its because there was no phone number attached to the booking'? He was virtually useless at supplying any help or solution so we went back over to holiday inn to ask what happened, the manager there thankfully got it figured out after having to call the man at Staybridge and walk him through the policy required for transferring bookings (holiday inn has to cancel or else I would be double charged) and reiterated that they need to find a room for us to stay in as this was not on us. This was a complete miscommunication on both hotels, and while I can have compassion and grace for mess ups, completely cancelling a reservation after it being presented as an UPGRADE, and being shrugged off when asked what are we supposed to do now was beyond frustrating, especially after being told by not one but two staff members we did not need to provide anything else, and were okay to book in at any point.
Clearly the front desk staff need a thorough review of 1. what is to be collected from guests who are staying, 2. communication amongst staff members when changing shifts / notes in files, 3. customer service training as nobody at Staybridge was apologetic for this and was offered absolutely no help when asked where do they expect us to sleep as this was not our error or fault and 4. cross training on how holiday inn vs Staybridge transfers work if this happens often for upgraded guests.
After the manager on duty at Holiday Inn (very helpful in comparison) got off the phone after walking the man at Staybridge through the process of guest transfers, he let us know they in fact DID have a hotel room, it just didn't have AC. Why wasn't this offered to us when we were pleading that we needed a spot to sleep, and were told multiple times there's nothing they can do and word for word told 'their objective is to sell out nightly'? Of course we took it as again - we weren't going to drive home it was 4:00am and had already booked the hotel!! The room itself was clean, the temperature felt fine, bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. It would be a beautiful spot to stay and the kitchen looked handy for long term guests. It is a shame in the day and age of AirBnB we were wanting a nice, clean, hotel experience so decided why not spend more money and have a guaranteed spot to sleep - I feel so upset with how this was handled, we were so excited to be 'upgraded' due to being reward members, we were telling our family how lucky we were for that experience - then it all went downhill.
