    Hotel is good, with clean rooms. we were a bit disappointed that we had to wait for over 2 hours for a crib for our baby who got overtired. Although we requested this when we booked over a month ago.

    We had an amazing stay!! The room was super clean and the food really good!! Lakshith was so sweet and has a big heart, she greeted us every morning and she even made me some tea for my sore throat!! The staff is so caring!!

    I had a great stay at the Staybridge Suites at the Toronto Airport. The whole hotel is spotless and very well looked after. The rooms are large, comfortable, and have everything you need for a longer stay or even just a night or two. Lobby has plenty of comfortable seating as well. The free parking and complimentary breakfast were a nice bonus and added a lot of value to the stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I especially want to mention Akstan. He was professional, attentive, and always one step ahead. You can tell he really cares about the guests, and in my opinion, he's definitely management material. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel near Pearson Airport.

    I like the place - it’s a brand new suite hotel, clean and neat and it’s definitely worth to stay. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. To have a full kitchen right in the room was a great convenience for us, even for one night stay. We arrived too late to look for a restaurant so we just made a quick supper ( all the dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc), I was so glad to have this option. Breakfast was doubtless freshly made, delicious crispy breakfast potato made of real potatoes 😋 - my favourite. Underground parking is another pro, I felt safe, slept well, didn’t worry about my car being damaged or robbed. If you have a choice - I recommend you to make it in favour of this hotel, you won’t regret it for sure. BTW, prices are faire considering the fact that the hotel is newly opened, just benefit from it:)
