    This hotel is much better than a 3 stars hotel. We had a very good stay. Cleanliness and staff are great.Hotel is renovated and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast could be better but was OK. The pool was ok too but the spa was not hot enough.

    We have just returned from a two night stay at your hotel. I would like to thank you for such a lovely stay. The hotel was beautiful clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful especially a girl at the desk named Jessica very helpful with directions, sites to see and also restaurants excellent hotel.

    The room was clean, didn't smell, and was happy to see they partenered with Dove because most hotel body washes suck. They offered complimentary breakfast, its decent nothing gourmet but hit the spot. Shout out to the breakfast host/kitchen staff lady named Daniella she made our day! She was so sweet and caring, made sure we were taken care of. She explained where everything was and held the breakfast doors open for us a little longer, only because we woke up late and they were technically supposed to closed 😅. 5 stars just for her 100%. There was also a gentleman in the elevator I didn't get his name I believe he was the service/maintenance staff. He was also super caring, held the door open for us engaged in conversation asked if we slept well. Overall the experience with staff was very pleasant, and thats and experience everyone needs in the morning to start your day! I highly recommend this hotel location for everyone!

    The room was great. The entire facility was very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. They have free coffee and tea all day in the lobby. The staff was very friendly. The pool was great and even had an assistance device for people in wheelchairs to access the pool as well. The location of the hotel was great and there was lots of parking available. We would absolutely stay there again.

    Nice hotel but disgusted with the gouging they do. I had to book a night for my elderly dad from out of town for a Saturday night he had no place to stay they charged 500 dollars for the night which is utterly disgusting. Never will I book there again. I travel all over Canada and will ban booking from this chain.
