  The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are sooo friendly and accommodating. It has a fun pool and a cozy hot tub 😎

  I went through the process of submitting a group/room block request for myself back in October 2025 for my wedding in September 2026. My sister did this as well as I hadn’t heard anything back from the hotel. Flash forward, I call them to see if these requests were received and if it was still possible to book a block of rooms. They received these requests but never followed up with them to let me know that they were already booked. If you’re looking for a hotel to reserve room blocks at, look elsewhere…

  The hotel room and bathroom were spotless, with very comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff members were also pleasant and helpful. There was plenty of parking, and the restaurant is conveniently located inside the hotel. We will definitely return for another stay.

  I rarely leave reviews anymore but I felt the need to write one for this hotel. We just got back yesterday after a weekend away for a dance competition. Brian at the front desk was incredibly helpful and everyone we came across who worked there (apologies that I dont remember names!). My mom fell and was in the hospital there so we had to stay an additional night. Brian was incredibly helpful and made the experience stress free. He told me about a hospital rate and got us all settled without having to do anything. First time visiting and it certainly wont be our last. Our children had a great time and the pool is warm!! Cannot wait to return. Thank you Brian and the entire staff at the Best Western Cobourg. Hope to see you all during our next visit.
