  ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️👎👎👎👎👎 ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience wasn't what I had hoped for. While some of the staff were courteous, I found the owner's attitude to come across as cocky and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. Customer service starts at the top, and I left feeling that my concerns weren't taken seriously. I hope they take customer feedback to heart and work on creating a more welcoming atmosphere for future guests.

  Staff are very courteous and nice and helpful. The food at the pub is really good and the service is great. Prices are truly reasonable.

  Maybe an anomoly so we may try again someday. Steaks were smaller than other Chuck's Roadhouse, and had a lot of gristle.

  I’ve stayed at Best Western Cobourg many times for business, and I can honestly say this hotel is exceptional. What truly sets this place apart is the people. Every single staff member goes above and beyond. The front desk team is absolutely outstanding—warm, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything. They make you feel valued from the moment you walk through the doors. The housekeeping staff are equally incredible. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and cared for with so much attention to detail. What means the most to me is the sense of safety and comfort I feel every time I stay here. Being away from home for work—often 8 hours away—isn’t always easy, but this hotel has a way of making it feel like home. I’ve honestly never felt so safe or so well taken care of in a hotel. The staff here are top-notch in every way. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are unmatched. You truly will not find better staff anywhere. Thank you to the entire team for consistently making every stay such a positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful and always look forward to coming back.
