Ours in particular had etched names in the mirror, finger prints everywhere, dirty bed skirts, a plunger wrapped in a towel that sat outside out room all weekend, the wallpaper was peeling in and outside of our room. It's unbelievable that this cost us $200+. Perhaps the other rooms are nice, but I'd avoid room 401 and ensure a thorough cleaning if you're staying here. See the photos.
- SRShari RobitailleAug 26, 20261.0I have stayed at this hotel approximately once a month for years, and this morning’s experience was incredibly disappointing. I unexpectedly needed a menstrual hygiene product and learned that, although the hotel provides complimentary razors and toothpaste, menstrual products are available only for purchase. I questioned why a basic hygiene necessity isn't treated the same way as other complimentary toiletries. More troubling was the response from the front desk. I was polite and simply argued asking if she could provide one complimentary. I was told, essentially, “Either you come down and pay for one or not.” She then said “end of call” and hung up on me. This isn't about the cost of a pad or tampon. It's about equitable treatment of basic hygiene needs and basic customer service. After years of regularly choosing this hotel, being hung up on for respectfully questioning this policy was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses both the policy and how this interaction was handled.

Very Very clean Breakfast is included and well above your average Hotel Breakfast. The casino is next door. Stay here.
