  I stayed for 2 nights for my Daughter's wedding spent almost 500$ and no Complimentary Breakfast. Il never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again.

  I spent my WEDDING NIGHT at front desk until 3 am in my WEDDING DRESS because they couldn’t locate our reservation. They accidentally checked us out the night before and then couldn’t accommodate us cause they were sold out. I spent my WEDDING NIGHT in my brother in laws room … sounds impossible to believe… but it HAPPENED. The worst part was that the receptionist wasn’t even apologetic. Just kept repeating how it isn’t her fault and saying there was nothing she could do. No congratulations, no wow you look great… nothing. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal tho

  From the moment we arrived, Taryn was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. It is clear that she takes a lot of pride in what she does and truly cares about making sure guests have a great experience. Sometimes it’s the people who make a stay memorable, and Taryn is definitely one of those people. She was friendly, accommodating, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience, and she handled everything with such a positive attitude. Her customer service was exceptional — professional while still being personable and genuine, which can make a huge difference when you're staying away from home or attending an event. The Holiday Inn & Conference Centre itself was a great place to stay, and the overall experience was made even better because of the level of service we received. Taryn is a perfect example of someone who represents a hotel and its brand extremely well. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Taryn really stood out. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of throughout our experience. You can tell that she genuinely enjoys helping people, and that positive energy carries over into every interaction. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn & Conference Centre in Burlington, and a big part of that recommendation is because of the outstanding service provided by Taryn. She is an absolute asset to the team, and management should be proud to have someone like her representing the hotel. Thank you, Taryn, for making our experience such a positive and memorable one. We truly appreciated everything you did and look forward to returning!

  This is a review of Cycene bar - located inside the Holiday Inn Burl. I often patronize hotel bars - even if not a guest - theres no rule against it! Its a sleek spot to meet with friends or sip a drink solo - as I did this evening 🌙. I was to meet someone but she cancelled. The setting was beautiful and inviting, with modern touches, wood finishes and quality upholstery on chairs. The ceiling lights created a cool dazzle effect, adding to the ambience. Initally I sat alone but new patrons joined the barside. The friendly bartender blended together a refreshing pineapple cocktail - as I wasn't sure what in mood for. I simply suggested "tropical" - it hit the spot. Nicely garnished and prepared with little to no wait I was pleased with the drink and his friendly demeanor. It was a stormy Saturday and major events were ongoing in Toronto and Hamilton so the hotel was a fairly vacant at that hour. Im sure the dining room fills to at least 50% most Fridays and Saturdays. Overall I was pleased and would return or check in for a night stay based on my experience. Thank you Cycene and Holiday Inn Burlington!

  Clean room, free parking, convenient location. No operating ice machine, A/C inadequate to get a good sleep, treated as second class guest because I booked though hotels.com, visible gap in wall beside shower facet, open bathroom door makes bathroom light switch inaccessible, no complimentary breakfast.
