  It's a hotel, was fine. Nice kitchen in the suite.

  My number one issue with this hotel is the cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas. We were accidentally put into the wrong room (they put us in a Holiday Inn room but we were supposed to be in a Candlewood Suite), so we were able to see both room types/hotels once the issue was rectified, and both were not cleaned properly. The carpet in the holiday inn room was not vacuumed properly, both rooms had hair in the shower, some of the towels were stained and possibly dirty, and there were items left on the suite room floor (eg a discarded lollipop stick and a tube from what looked like a roll of doggy bags) that showed a general lack of cleaning. The floors in the lounge and elevators often had black sticky marks on them. The pool was disgusting. There was hair all over the floor of the above ground area, the water wasn’t clear, and there was hair and other debris floating in the water. The atrium, which our rooms backed on to, was carpet, and it was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. We walked by the same small pieces of garbage on the floor every day. There was also furniture strewn across the atrium, making it look like it was used for storage. Because of the atrium, the rooms were very dark with no natural light coming in. It felt like a dungeon. Our suite room could be opened from the atrium with a sliding door, which had no lock on it, except for a stick on the floor. It also provided no sound proofing, and there was a wedding rehearsal going on well past 10pm. I’ve stayed in other hotels facing an atrium, and this was the worst. There was barely any natural light coming in, so it was very dark. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From what I hear from local family members, this hotel has gone downhill drastically.

  Just fine. Meets typical standards of hotels. Only thing that was of bother; shower was not the utmost clean. Mold, staining on ceiling, hair on the floor, & no body wash soap. Other than that, everything else was fine.

  I would like to give a special thank you to the front desk staff member Abhinay who helped me during my stay. He was extremely kind, calm, and professional while handling my issue. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and worked patiently to find the best solution. His warm attitude and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier. It is rare to meet someone who is so genuinely helpful and caring. Thank you for making my stay a much better experience. You are a true asset to this hotel!

  Superbe chambre, lit très confortable, multitude de restaurants aux alentours. Très silencieux malgré la proximité de l’autoroute.
