I booked two rooms each with two queen beds long before our stay. Unfortunately once at the hotel i was told they were unable to have our rooms beside each other yet alone on the same floor. Because they were "busy" that weekend. I didn't quite understand since my reservations were made so long ago how that wasn't taken into consideration over other bookings. So anyways it made our stay a bit less easy since it was a family trip with kids and we would have loved to have conjoined rooms or beside each other. Other than that the rooms were clean for the most part. I could see a lot of hair stuck in the shower drains wich kind of grossed me out. Thr beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed thr pool and breakfast was decent enough.

Second stay at this HI Express - and boy what a pleasant surprise! Since my stay in Sep 2025, the lobby and breakfast area has received a complete facelift! All of the breakfast items were fresh and tasty - far exceeding what I would expect from a "free" breakfast... even the coffee was great! Conveniently close to the 401 (but I didn't hear any loud highway noise during the evening). I'll definitely stay again when I am in the Brockville area!

Bring Earplugs if you want to sleep. Very noisy as it is right next to the Highway and there is a significant amount of truck traffic all night. We arrived early and our room was ready but my son and his wife’s room was not. So the desk attendant told us she would let us know when their room was ready and since we had to go to a wedding we did not wait. When we returned that evening we were told that the room had been canceled and there were no rooms available. The next day we asked the same desk clerk for a refund for our son’s room which was provided but no apology or explanation as to why this occurred. Very Dissatisfied.

The customer service is ridiculous. I travelled 200 kms to stay at this hotel. Booked through booking.com and these guys cancelled my booking just to accommodate people who have membership. The inconvenience they gave me is just inexplainable. I was travelling with 2 small kids and was really tired when we reached and all of a sudden they informed me my booking is cancelled. These guys are unreliable. I strongly recommend people who are booking this hotel to call and get a confirmation before you reach!!!

We had an amazing family stay at the Holiday Inn Brockville! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Faith, the manager, was especially wonderful—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her care, dedication, and attention made a real difference. Faith deserves a raise for everything she does for the hotel and for the exceptional service she provides to guests. The hotel was an excellent choice for our family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, the breakfast was delicious and convenient, and our kids had a fantastic time. It was wonderful to see them enjoying the stay while we relaxed, knowing everything was easy and well taken care of. Families looking for a comfortable, friendly, and stress-free place to stay in Brockville should definitely consider the Holiday Inn Brockville. The welcoming service, family-friendly atmosphere, and comfortable accommodations make it a wonderful choice for a memorable getaway. Thank you to the entire team—and especially Faith—for making our visit so special. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend the Holiday Inn Brockville to other families! ❤️
