Breakfast had both hot & cold options, and the staff kept items replenished at all times. We very much enjoyed our stay!
- ABAlbert Budding1 day ago5.0Stayed here September 2 to 3 with our 3 Grandchildren The overall hotel was very clean and bright. The rooms have been newly renovated and are very comfortable. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and the breakfast bar had everything that we could ask for, including delicious cinnamon buns. Trish, Stela and Tara were so friendly and hospitable. When coming through Brockville, there is nowhere that we would rather stay.

I had lost my backpack helping my mom at the dumpsters and they were beyond helpful and have my greatest thanks

When we woke up and went down for breakfast we were greeted by a lovely person named Trish who was busy preparing and restocking and awesome breakfast for everyone. We rented a room for 3 nights and discovered black mold growing inside the AC unit on the final day when we went to adjust the AC fan direction. The staff members I initially informed were apologetic, but the woman working the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. I spoke with front desk staff and they said manager wasn't in and gave me her email so I emailed her right away. Waited for 4 days but didnt hear anything so I escalated the issue to IHG corporate, who assured me the Brockville manager would contact me directly. No one has reached out, and they are clearly hoping the issue just goes away. Finding mold is bad enough, but the complete lack of professional follow-up from management is unacceptable. Look elsewhere if you want a clean room and reliable service in Brockville.
