- CCChickapey5 days ago5.0Dont go anywhere but here! Absolutely amazing staff... welcoming, friendly, helpful and pure amazing. There were three i dealt with during our stay at the desk and all three were exemplary. The room was spotless... comfortable beds and so quiet. We didnt have breakfast but the area was packed with other guests clearly enjoying it. The pool area and gym were spotless clean as well . This is a holiday in that is more like a 5 star boutique hotel but reasonable, unpretentious and bright. Keep it up everyone!

However, for the price (over $250/night), i was expecting more. The rooms are large but are getting old/dated (dirty/old caulking in bathroom, slow elevator, etc). The televisions are not smart and they are getting old. I also think it is insulting to Canadians to have the American flag flying next to the Canadian flag in the current political climate. I'm sure the hotel has some American guests occasionally, but i don't think their flag is necessary until the Canada-US relationship returns to normal.

As well as gave us a hand written card, free water and a snack! Katie checked us in an out and her customer service was exceptional!! Asked for an extra pillow at check-in and it was delivered within 10-15 minutes! We stayed at a few Holiday Inn Express and other IHG locations before an definitely received the best service from this location! Definitely recommend and will return if we stay in Belleville again.

It’s especially ideal for families, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities within walking distance. A special thank you to Cassandra and Ben, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so welcoming and incredibly kind to our children. They even surprised them with stickers and Freezies, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made them feel special! Highly recommend this hotel for families!
