  What great hospitality! The service is great, the staff are awesome and gentle with kids (Cassandra, Ben, Sophie and many of the staff were always smiling and accommodating to our kid and to the other kids in the hotel). Would definitely recommend and will be back in August to stay here !

  We stayed at this hotel last night and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast this morning was excellent, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of Fateme, who was in charge of the dining area. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Thank you, Fateme, for starting our day with such a positive energy! Highly recommend this hotel.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belleville with my adult disabled daughter while she was visiting Belleville. We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We booked the Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed, which provided plenty of space and included two comfortable queen beds, a sofa bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and complimentary coffee and tea. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent, as did the rest of the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which offered an excellent variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, and more. The breakfast attendant was attentive and friendly, ensuring that food stations remained well-stocked and guests were enjoying their meals. The staff provided outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary cookies, which was a thoughtful touch. Prior to our arrival, I had requested a room on the top floor away from the elevator, and the hotel accommodated this request perfectly. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to support my daughter's accessibility needs by providing a bathtub grab bar and shower chair. Their willingness to accommodate these requests made our stay much more comfortable and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest care. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belleville, especially families and travelers who may require accessibility accommodations.

  A perfect spot to park yourselves and travel to the surrounding local area for two retirees. There are many restaurants within walking distance including Starbucks and two grocery stores. The Staff are happy and helpful and go beyond to accommodate your stay. The breakfast has plenty of variety and has gluten free bread and muffins for my dietary restrictions. Kerry was so friendly and assisted with my diet. The housekeeping staff really make the efforts and the rooms are large and spotless with a fridge and microwave. Kudos to Fatemah and Victoria. They do work hard…everyone does here and they appear to love their jobs. Katie and all front desk staff are also there to help and suggest local travel spots and venues. We have been pleasantly surprised with our stay and with Belleville.

  Stayed for 4 nights on a golf holiday. Clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff from front desk to maids. Very nice complementary breakfast. Kerry does a great job running this area. The coffee make did not work the first morning. Front desk had it fixed before the next morning and left a Twix chocolate bar as an apology. Great touch! Walking distance to several restaurants. Great place to stay!
