  Second time in a week staying here for soccer tournament. Rooms are clean upon arrival, front desk staff is friendly, check in is quick. They let us use the breakfast area for a pizza party dinner for the whole soccer team. Pool room is clean and water is warm. Breakfast included has a good variety. Overall great hotel

  We checked in July 1st around 4pm the gentleman at the front desk greated us with such joy - he made customer service look less like a job and more like a passion. Rooms were clean as was the common areas and the breakfast staff were also lovely and very personable. This must have been an older design as the bathroom in the room was much smaller than other Holiday Inns we have stayed in making closing the door an acobatic endevour.

  This place is a joke. Children running up and down the halls hanging out in halls. The employees are all complacent despite addressing matters to them. I have a hotel management certificate by the way. Don't come here. Ever. They offer you points as compensation.

  A great hotel. Pool wasnt huge but kept us cool. Rooms clean and breakfast was awesome. Darlene and other staff we're super friendly. Would stay here again. Keep the great service up!
