  This is one the best hotel to stay in Barrie area. Mostly affordable rates, exceptional service and perfect location. Highly recommended!

  Nice hotel - only one in Barrie offering real suites (2 sleeping areas with a door). Pool is much smaller than the pictures make it look. Breakfast was great. Beds were sagging and very creaky

  I was blown away by the staff at this hotel. Heidi was there to great me and when I tell you that she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, safe and to get the rest I desperately needed is and understatement!!! The housekeepers I encountered on site were so friendly and chatty! I especially liked the ride in the elevator with the elderly gentleman. To Mary Lewis the general manager you are so very blessed to have all of these individuals working as part of your team and hope they get the recognition they really deserve. I had a wonderful stay! Thank you from the bottom of my heart
