  I should have listened to the reviews. The service was awesome but the room had a horrible smell. I was too tired to ask for another room so I suffered it out after making sure the bed was clean and no bugs. The room was clean but the smell. Killed my sinuses which I ended up with heart burn and a headache. I was just to over tired to ask afraid I’d get another room that would smell. I was really disappointed. Room was dated and you could see the stains on the walls. Definitely needs an update and good airing out. The patio door sticks too. For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. The bathroom was half upgraded. Photos to see. Bed was clean and comfortable. The. Only thing the hotel had was the service when we checked in.

  worst pool ever no change room no hot tub no hot water in shower put my elderly friend in a room on another floor no accommodations made

  The bed was bigger than my king bed and so comfy. I had an amazing stay and Summer was such a delight to speak with! Thank you Summer!!!

  Lots of construction outside that affected the water in the hotel. First room they gave us , the water was brown and the room had an odd smell. We asked to be moved to a different room. That one didn't seem to have any problems.

  Stayed here for a wedding recently. Paid the $25 for late checkout when we checked in. The day of our departure, we were woken up by a phone call asking if we were checking out right before 11am. When we told them we had purchased late checkout they apologized and hung up. We then attempted to go back to bed but about 30 mins later, housekeeping walked into our room while my husband was changing….We quickly said we had late checkout and they left but had FULLY entered the room. Upon checking out, my husband attempted to raise concern with what had happened and we were told that they were unable to see the late checkout on their end. They wouldn’t refund us the $25. I am not sure why these occurrences happened after we were told previously we had late checkout and I had confirmation within the app but we are disappointed with our stay and how it was handled as committed Best Western Reward Members. I did call and email and never heard back from anyone.
