  I wanted to say thank you to the wonderful people at this hotel. Everyone at the front desk is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Thank you to everyone at the front desk including: Talia who did an amazing job and warmly welcomed us even before we checked in and promptly helped to extended our stay with ease and professionalism, Shayan who works overnight does a great job to ensure that guests are well taken care of throughout their stay, Faruz and Nadia do an amazing job during the day to extend the stay and ensure that guests are happy. Manon is a fantastic manager who takes care of the little details. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and kind. I hope I didn't miss anyone one, thank you to the front desk! This hotel has a very warm and welcoming breakfast team! The breakfast attendees are are very friendly, kind, sweet and attentive. Thank you very much to Ioana, Mitra, Mila, Dimitri and Kevina who do a wonderful job at taking care of the stations and ensure that people are happy and satisfied. They are an amazing and welcoming team! Thank you! The housekeeping staff do an amazing job at taking care of guests and the hotel. This hotel is brand new and the workers are constantly maintaining it to keep its pristine condition. The management did a wonderful job at hiring a great team of people in this hotel. This is a brand new hotel but the team feels experienced. The hotel it is clean, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and bright. The location of this hotel is not to far from a Smart Centre which includes stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  This hotel is brand new so it is very clean and even has that new smell in it. The breakfast is elite with lots of hot and cold options and Iana at the breakfast took great care of us. Overall a great hotel experience. Staff are very friendly and always greet us with a smile.

  On the Front desk you will meet Shayan and Talia; both are very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and simply awesome. At Breakfast you will see Mitra&Yana; great food great service, happy to serve you with hot breakfast and service you don’t need to ask anything it’ll just be there. Thank you!!

  I booked my hotel through Booking.com and had a great experience. I met Iana and Mitra during breakfast in the morning, and they were both very helpful, friendly, and multilingual. They made me feel very welcome, and I was really happy with their assistance. I also want to thank Shayan at the front desk for being very helpful and for taking the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, the staff were excellent, and I really appreciated their hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended!

  This is a wonderful brand new hotel. The rooms are very spacious and bright. The service has been great, including the front desk, and breakfast buffet. The front desk staff is welcoming and provides great service. The breakfast staff, including: Iana and Demitra are welcoming, accommodating, and always smiling. Thank you Iana and Demitra!
