    My husband and I’s flight got delayed for 2 days and all the hotels were booked up near the airport. We had to book a last minute reservation at 1 am here and Patrick was so helpful! We appreciate his hospitality and the stay while we had to stay a little longer than expected.

    Day 13 of 19 in room 312 Unfortunately, our experience with the housekeeping service at this hotel has been very disappointing. Our room has not been properly cleaned, and on more than one occasion, we have found our pillows thrown on the floor, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. What has been even more disappointing is the attitude of the housekeeping staff. Instead of being helpful or professional, they have been unfriendly and seem bothered when guests ask for basic housekeeping services. Cleanliness and respectful service are some of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Sadly, this hotel has fallen far below those expectations. Management should seriously review the housekeeping standards and the way their staff interacts with guests. Day

    We had a wedding close to this location, and Hector was able to save a room block for us. He was so attentive when it came to questions we had for our guests, and he was always so friendly and polite. The hotel itself was clean, friendly staff, and updated rooms. We would stay here again anytime!

    Don't stay at this hotel if you're looking for some rest and relaxation, or to get a good night's sleep. A large group of screaming kids decided to use the adjacent parking lot as their playground, until after midnight, while their drunken parents stood around and ignorantly looked on. I called the front desk to see what they could do, as those people were guests of the hotel, but they had no interest at all in helping. Avoid this place like the plague.
