  Just arrived home from staying for 2 weeks at this hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are cleaned daily by hardworking friendly staff. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Each day it alternated scrambled eggs or omelets, bacon or sausage. Waffle makers with 2 choices of plain or blueberry, Fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread to make toast, bagels and cream cheese. The pool is small but that area very well maintained. It is quite a far walk to the the ocean as the first few streets do not have direct access. It was good exercise. It was fine during the day time but after sunset there is quite a few homeless on the streets and some sketchy people so I was not comfortable walking back to the hotel in the evening. The hotel staff informed me about GO'SIDE which is a little shuttle you can use in the area for $3.00 a person so you don't have to walk back in the evening if you choose not to. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Excellent service at front desk. Rooms were clean and maintained clean by staff. Breakfast was delicious and always greeted. The outside and inside are very welcome. Has a computer room with a small waiting room and a living room at the entrance a place to wait for any occasion. Nice hotel a place to stay.

  Very clean, comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, I love the seating areas inside and outside. The breakfast was great. I love that they have the coffee maker in the room. The only thing I don’t like is it’s a little bit busy coming out, but it’s not that bad. It’s a nice walk to the pier if you’re a walker. Overall fantastic day and definitely will stay here again.

  Very disappointing experience. Since early morning, a large truck has been parked directly in front of my room window. The noise and heavy exhaust fumes filled my room, making it impossible to rest or feel comfortable. My peace and health were completely disturbed. I called the front desk to ask for help, and instead of assistance, I was treated with extreme rudeness and disrespect. I was told there was nothing they could do and that the truck would not be moved or turned off. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. This situation ruined my stay. Lack of basic consideration for guests’ comfort and such poor customer service is not what I expect from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
