- KCKarina Campos6 days ago4.0The room wasn't ready upon arrival but it was almost ready. Costumer service was nice. Our room was clean when we walked in. The breakfast was disappointing, other Best Western has had better breakfast options. All we had from the breakfast options were coffee and decaf coffee. It was nice to see they had soy milk as a nondairy option but that was it. And a waffle maker. They also have washer and dryer to use via an app that could only be used on phone not tablet. The washer are alright, dryer dried well. Check out was easy. The location is good, many restaurants walking distance and near the beach. There was also plenty of parking near doors you can open with your room key card. It rained the whole time there so we couldn't use the pool since it's outdoor.

Breakfast was delicious and tidy, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Customer service was amazing, and our sheets and towels were changed daily. I will definitely be visiting again!
