Breakfast was delicious and tidy, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Customer service was amazing, and our sheets and towels were changed daily. I will definitely be visiting again!

Said great I went to pick my pups so happy to have with me and I walk to the room and the phones rings I'm answer and this anger voices screaming to me Is no Dogs allow in the hotel I'm mean she literally screamed to me and I just said I ask before my Dogs are great behave and are and train . I have to change our plan at las minute but the way this Girl talk to me by the phone was nasty and ugly What's wrong with this lady I got it but you have to be educated how to speak to a costumer on properly way this people has to fire immediately. Was nice but some reason people make ugly nice places with their attitude.

I walked in to BWP and explained to Junior what was going on and that we had just flew in from GA. He was very quick to get us settled in a room and share places to visit with us. Staff were all nice and the rooms was very neat and and clean.
