- HHHellFox98Feb 17, 20262.0most of the staff were great, however i had left an expensive laptop charger im the room before returning to hawaii, the mamager had made it exeedingly difficult to have ot shipped back. he was dissmissive and rude about it, despite offering to pay to a have a box shipped to the location for its return. the manager had pushed it off to the associates there, who wouldnt be in until 5 days later of no fault to them. i had 30 days to retrieve it before policy says its theirs. i have no way to reasonably go back to retrieve. i called it a loss but i am still extremely unhappy with the professionalism of its manager.
