  The room was clean but the toiletries were not full. One was completely empty. We had to use our own. The staff was really friendly.

  To the little man at the front desk who chose to humiliate a 79 year old woman. Who raised you that you believe treating your elders badly is ok? You were out of line, contrite and passive/aggressive. In nearly 50 years of local and international travel, you rank in the top 3 worst front desk people in my life. The encounter with you was traumatic and spoiled an otherwise wonderful vacation. Why are you in the hotel business? And why does Best Western keep you in a job when you sabotage their efforts to compete?

  this place was gross and the worst place i’ve ever stayed, beds has many stains, bathroom were gross and dirty with mold and dirt everywhere. roaches on tv stand and outlets by bed. so nasty and workers didn’t care🤢🤢

  Weird smells. Maybe used to be smoking allowed and pets currently allowed, take that how you may. Gym is mediocre at best, but they do have one. Location is decent, albeit not the nicest, still a good value. Breakfast is kind of typical and difficult to make healthy breakfast choices, but its free!

  Would not recommend really bad service Payed for a one night for our soccer game and had horrible experience not good customer service or not helpful at all staff or front desk. Tried canceling based because of the experience but wasn’t able to.
