- CMCrystal Melgarejo2 days ago4.0Our recent stay at best western was great. We checked in late and was greeted warmly and nice by staff. The check in process was smooth and enjoyable. The front desk was friendly, informative and professional. All encounters with staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and roomy. The only down side were the beds were not as comfortable and made a lot of noise when we would move or toss and turn. It was a bit noisy. We could hear the people above us. Carmen was our attendant for the room and did a great job having the room clean and enjoyable. The hotel offered breakfast which was a plus! Eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, oj just to name a few. Along with a coffee machine that made lattes and cappuccino! It was a great way to start off the day. We were hesitate at first to stay due to previous reviews but our stay was pleasent and great. We would recommend and definitely stay again.

So if you are going to stay and have only chime i would advise againts it or ypu may end up sleeping out behind the hotel with all the homeless or go to another hotel.The lady that checked me in did not greet me with a friendly attitude or even a smile. She wasn't even nice to my boss when she called to help me out. It was a really uncomfortable experience. The breakfast was okay. It's right by the freeway so lots of noise. There is a starbucks and McDonalds in the same parking lot. Overall I survived, but it wasn't a smooth trip. Also the front desk stares at you when you walk through the lobby which personally is uncomfortable 😬
