Also customer service was horrible. Employees kept stepping away from the desk when we had trouble checking into my room. Had to wait an hour for a Pre-Authorization form from my job, that they received 5 days prior. Not satisfied at all with my stay.

Additionally, Kwuop (modern Italian street food truck) operates in our parking lot on weekdays 9 am-2 pm, and there are a couple of food spots (Ramen Station, Starbucks) in the plaza next to our hotel.
