    Was there for five nights. Great location, walking distance to BART, restaurants, Chinatown, coffee.

    Pretty mid—location is decent, not too far from great areas of town without being in a terrible area and quick BART access. Room was clean and moderately cozy. Free breakfast was a plus and the food was fine, however the coffee was just undrinkable. Though they claim you can get a fresh set of towels during your stay, the housekeeper that I spoke to when looking for clean towels gave me such a hard time and acted like it was a massive inconvenience. That was disappointing and unnecessary. All in all, an okay stay. Not certain I would return.

    The customer service was amazing from the time I walked in until the time I checked out. Would stay here again and I wish I knew the names of the people that took grear care of me.

    The rooms are great and the free breakfast is a life saver, the only complaint is the lux club next door can be heard from any of the rooms that are in the teens.

    This was a great last min find. Great price, clean hotel and comfy bed. Bed was a lil squeaky but otherwise great. The checkin person was welcoming and outgoing. It was very nice to be greeted by Alshanay. She took great care of us! My only negative is parking cost 50 bucks. Next time I will take ride share instead of drive . Overall would stay here again!!
