  El lugar sumamente sucio ! Los pasillos llenos de polvo y la habitación (201) muy sucia de las sábanas y el baño, también, sucio !! Buscaré otra opción en mi próxima visita a ese bello pueblo !

  Very disappointing experience at Yosemite Sierra Inn. The staff was unprofessional, and we were charged a late check-in fee that was never mentioned anywhere on their website or during booking. This felt misleading and unfair. The rooms were below average, with poor maintenance and cleanliness issues that clearly haven’t been addressed in a long time. For the price they charge, the quality is nowhere near acceptable. Overall, lack of transparency, poor room conditions, and unprofessional service made this stay frustrating. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning…!!

  I had determined not to leave a review, but as I'm clearing my desk of notes and year-end items I hear there seems to be a consensus for the same issues over and over...and I truly hope that has changed. We booked a room through Expedia, my employee was told it was not under his name or my name. I had given him a reservation number, which he was told that it did not help and they couldn't find it. Considering this was a weekend, I called on Monday and after going back and forth for a couple days it was determined that there was no reservation under my name or employees, and my Expedia reservation number did not show up anywhere...therefore no refund for a double paid room. (My employee used his company card to pay for the room I had already paid for and I have proof of both). I then contacted Expedia who assured me they will handle that immediately and get my money back...after an "investigation" it was determined that it was the hotel's discretion, and I would not get a refund. As I am throwing my note away on my desk it still inflames me that I paid $205.16 and $294.16 for the same person for 2 nights for the SAME room for the same person...frankly, it's unacceptable that there was no compromise and no understanding from your end at all. We operate a seasonal family business in the mountains and I completely understand how revenue up here works...but I also understand how customer service works...and this isn't a reflection of it. I sincerely hope that things have changed and improving for your future customers.

  This is the hotel closest to the entrance park in the town closest to Yosemite, and the landlady is really friendly.
