  Die Betten waren wirklich grossartig und das absolut beste an dem Hotel. Das Zimmer an sich eher klein und altmodisch. Das Frühstück war nicht gerade der Hit. Der Service war freundlich und höflich :)

  Clásico hotel de paso, muy buena ubicación, pero instalaciones muy viejitas, de paso la habitación que me tocó estaba llena de polvo. Pase una mala noche.

  Bed is sinky. Extremely noisy, you’ll hear everything from your neighbors and hallway, the vibrations from all the walking of other people even shakes the room a bit, this is probably by far the thinnest wall I’ve ever had in a hotel. Prepare ear plugs, we had to wear them everyday to fall asleep. The room smelled really bad, a very old room smell, it desperately needs renovations. It has a Disney resort vibe, but cheap one. Which is really cute. 2nd floor balcony is really cute. Pool is always filled with loud jumpy kids, impossible to use. 2 EV charging spots but always full. Typical breakfast options but the restaurant area is really cozy and it has a wonderful Mountain View.

  2nd time here after several years last was with kids this time just spouse and dog. Everything great. Very friendly check in young guy. Room was clean didn’t find any dust or hair. Workout room good machines clean water refilled. Coffee in room fair. We missed the free breakfast due to walking the dog and working out. Really good outdoor places to walk dog grass etc. looked in on the indoor pool that we loved so much last time in the winter season but didn’t use it this time however it looked fine. Quiet at night we had an upstairs room. Parking was close. Nice Art in room and mural on wall

  We were expecting to book her because of all the good reviews and because it’s a dog friendly hotel. But my husband and are were so disappointed. I honestly don’t feel the rooms were very clean. Walking in there was a weird smell. But i figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt because it did look like the rooms are pretty outdated. First night there supposedly housekeeping cleans our rooms every day, and when we get back from our hike the room did not look like it was clean, only the trash was taken out . When we go to shower we find 2 dirty towels. One of them was so dirty it would be hard to miss when looking at them . When I call the from desk lady Was nonchalant about the issue no apologies whatsoever all she said was that she would let housekeeping know and laundry. When I also brought up the room not being cleaned she said they Don’t do the beds if there’s personal stuff on them which there wasn’t. I felt she didn’t care of what I had to say or how I felt all she did was make excuses for what happened.. I Don’t recommend this place !! I tried to post a picture of the dirty towels but I couldn’t.
