  So clean! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and area was clean and the children had a ball! Staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with information about allergies. Close to Dartmouth crossing and easy to find.

  Rooms were ok....staff was not that friendly. Didn't know it was attached to the Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was a mess, too many people, trying to find a seat....not that many choices for food. Should have stayed elsewhere.

  Great find in the Halifax area and perfect for families. The hotel appears brand new, modern and clean. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very large and comfortable. Hot breakfast is free - it was busy but we could always find a seat. Selection was good and constantly replenished. Staff very kind and eager to help. The pool is wonderful especially for young kids. It has a small water slide and "splash pad" type features, which we did not expect but thought was great. Only downside is it's in Dartmouth, not Halifax, depending on what you're looking for. But it's a 15 minute drive and well worth it given how good this is compared to other Halifax options we looked at, which more expensive for worse value. Overall, would highly recommend, especially for families.

  We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for a week, and Darren’s exceptional service truly made our experience outstanding. He consistently demonstrated professionalism, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to ensuring every guest felt welcomed and well cared for. Whether it was morning, afternoon, or evening, Darren was always attentive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel, and Darren deserves special recognition for his dedication and outstanding customer service. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did to make our stay so memorable.

  I've stayed here twice already this year for work trips, and I have another extended stay coming up next week. I'm genuinely looking forward to being back! First and foremost, this hotel has the best bar staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Sushil has quickly become someone I consider a friend. He makes every visit memorable with his professionalism, attentiveness, efficiency, and incredible cocktails. Then there's Ashlyn, whose positive energy is absolutely contagious. She has a wonderful way of making everyone feel welcome and right at home. My coworkers and I were lucky enough to catch these two working together one evening, and by the end of the night my face hurt from laughing so much! The atmosphere they create is something special. Jess deserves a lot of credit for building such a fantastic team—I’ll happily keep coming back as long as this trio is here. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the Crossing and conveniently situated between the airport and downtown. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenettes are perfect for longer stays. I also can't say enough about the front desk staff and housekeeping team. Everyone goes above and beyond to make each stay comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable. Thank you all for consistently making me feel at home. See you soon! Edited to add: I would be remiss if I didn't mention the outstanding morning staff. They always greet guests with warm smiles and ensure the breakfast bar is fully stocked, fresh, and delicious. Their attentiveness and positive energy are a wonderful way to start each day!
