  I’m an IHG member. Stayed for one night on 05/14/26 as we had a morning flight the next day. We were greeted by very friendly staff on arrival, and we went up to our room, 517. Two huge and comfy beds were in the room, along with a great TV and seating. The only criticism I have is the window in the room needs a good clean, and there was no milk with the tea and coffee facilities, you had to go down to reception to get it. Beds were super comfy and I had a great sleep. Bathroom was great, the shower was fantastic. The shampoo and conditioner were a great touch. Added bonus for me was the TV had Sportsnet so I could watch the ice hockey! In the morning we went down for breakfast and the selection was great. My particular favourite was the cheese omelette. When you arrive you think you won’t get any sleep because of the highway next door, but it was really quiet and my partner and I never heard a thing. There were a couple of times people were slamming doors and talking in the corridors but that was it, it didn’t disturb us. If we ever come back to Atlantic Canada again, we’d come back and stay here. There is a shuttle bus service between this hotel and the Hilton, and the driver was so laid back and friendly, telling jokes and having a nice chat with us. It runs 24 hours a day so you don’t have to worry about taxis or anything. Thank you for a great experience.

  The rooms were clean. The staff were accommodating. They have a breakfast buffet but for early departures there is muffins, friut, yogurt, and coffee in the lobby. There is a shuttle service as well.

  Prepaid both room and parking weeks ahead of our planned travel. When we arrived at hotel on April 10th before our scheduled flight from Halifax Stanfield Airport we had good service organizing parking and shuttle service to the airport.... When we arrived back at Halifax Stanfield Airport after midnight, as scheduled,on April 21st , we waited in the cold for over half an hour and finally had to call to find out if shuttle was coming. Was told by hotel clerk that it would another hour wait, then told 30 minutes 🙄...finally 15 minutes.... Then that's when things really got interesting....even though we had prepaid room and parking, we were treated like pariah....told we needed to pay an additional $100 security deposit and show ID (passports). Night clerk at Holiday Inn Express was very rude. We never were reimbursed for the $100 security deposit !!

  The rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed one night prior to my flight and one night on my return late flight before driving the rest of the way home. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. The service at reception was professional and kind. The breakfast service was a great way to start of the day. The variety of food choices was awesome and tasty. This will be my hotel of choice when going away.
