  this was my second stay at this hotel and i have to say i was beyond impressed. Check in was amazingly easy. we were travelling with a pet so a pet friendly option was important to us. we were booked in to a suite and it was the most beautiful suite with an amazingly comfortable long bed. such a great sleep. the welcome handwritten card was so thoughtful as was the cookie and treats. and this hotel has top notch staff and the most amazing General Manager who i witnessed helping guests, call clients by name and clearing tables - that’s someone who cares about the property and the guest experience. the addition of the bar to this hotel was an excellent choice. the server on August 23 was fabulous!! the complimentary breakfast was something else. coffee, juice, muffins, bacon, sausage, eggs and all the fixings. great job to the team!! Thank you again Michelle and team!

  We had a very comfortable stay. Well designed and updated decor. Swimming pool was excellent and fun for both kids and toddlers. Suggestions- pillow did not had firm and soft cover matched to pillow type. Lights were not uniform in room, warm and cool mixed in decor. Breakfast fruits were too watery. They should keep fresh and can fruits separate.

  Our room was immaculate upon arrival. The food at the Staybridge Lounge was so much more than you could expect from a hotel! Our server Ashlyn is what really made our night. She's very attentive and welcoming. We will absolutely be returning. Edit.... tonight I was lucky to be in the company of Sushil! I can't say enough about his attentiveness and positive attitude to all of the guests! If you are looking for a snack to be a beautiful accompaniment to you beer, I urge you to try the pretzel bites.

  I stayed at the IHG in Dartmouth July 27–29 and can honestly say this is an exceptional hotel. The rooms were clean and ready well ahead of our arrival. The hotel is almost always fully booked, and the breakfast room fills to capacity every morning, but you’d never know it from how smoothly things run. The staff were professional across the board, from the front desk to the kitchen. The kitchen team was diligent about keeping breakfast items continually replenished and the dining area spotless. I had the chance to speak with Michelle, who was actively working alongside the staff in both the kitchen/dining room and at the front desk — I stopped to compliment their efforts, and that’s when I learned she was actually the GM, rolling up her sleeves right alongside her team! After checking out, I realized later that afternoon that I’d accidentally left my AirPods on the bed. I called and spoke with Michelle, who was incredibly gracious, tracked them down, and arranged to have them shipped back to my home. Thank you, Michelle and IHG, for a wonderful stay — and for going above and beyond to get my AirPods back to me!
