  In an unfamiliar place, our stay became comfortable thanks to one kind staff member. We are a Korean family studying in Canada, and both our family and our friends’ family are not very fluent in English. However, Bailey at the reservation desk on the first floor handled what could have been difficult situations so kindly and comfortably for us. In the middle of a tiring travel schedule, we received great comfort and kindness. This is the first time I have ever asked for an employee’s name specifically to write a review. Thank you so much~ 👍👍👍

  We stayed in the 2 King/sofabed Suite with our family of 5. It was perfect! The room was very clean and well appointed. The pictures don't do it the justice it deserves. The room opens into a small foyer then into a small kitchenette (microwave and bar fridge with plates and cutlery). There is a seperate room with a king bed and TV. The main living space has another King bed and a double sofa bed with another TV and desk space. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, offering their assistance without being asked...they seemed to anticipate our needs. The pool was very nice, with a large slide my kids LOVED! Note: the slide was very fast...a bit of a wild ride so maybe not so much for little kids. Our complimentary breakfast was very good offering everything you could need to start your day off. And again the staff was attentive and kept everything clean and well stocked. We also dined at the restaurant in the hotel for dinner and the food was excellent and prices were reasonable. I would 100% recommend and come back to this hotel!!

  This is a VERY nice hotel. Clean, wuiet, comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds! The staff are all eager to help, friendly and customer oriented. Big, tasty complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself is well kept, clean and modern. My best part...free, available coffee, 24 hrs/day in the lobby. Good value as well.

  A great place to come for a night or for a work conference
