The room was humid upon arrival. Heavy condensation on the windows. It felt like a bathroom that was just used for a shower. I thought perhaps because of the rain all the rooms in the hotel were like that so I slept in the room for two days. There was no relief. I opened the window, turned on the fan to no avail. I mentioned this to my coworkers who were also staying the week in the hotel. They told me that this was not the case with their rooms. At this point I went to the reception desk and communicated to the person at the counter what I was experiencing and that I would like to move to another room. The young man who's name escapes me at the moment (young hispanic gay guy) looked at me with such non compassionate, condescending eyes after I told him abut my room situation. At this point he just stared at me for a few seconds and finally responded, asking if I'd like someone from maintenance to go and take a look at the room to see what the problem was and if they couldn't figure out what the problem was, then would I like to move to another room. Keep in mind that I had already told him I'd like a new room. I kept my anger in check and responded that I would like to move to another room and that maintenance can figure whatever they need to figure out to fix the problem. I talked to the other people at the counter, they were all so polite, courteous and professional never once did they make me feel like a burden or nuisance to them. He did. Even though his responses were short and indirect, I tried to brighten up the conversation. I asked him how his day was going and he said "it could be better" as if I was bothering him with my situation! This interaction happened on Wednesday 01/07/2026 around 5 pm. I finally moved to a different room and the difference was enormous. There was absolutely no condensation or high humidity in my new room.

The staff is always excellent. "T" and Denise from the front desk are super friendly and helpful as is all the staff. I enjoy staying here because its close to the freeway along with many dining and entertainment options nearby. The beds, linens and towels are comfortable. It's also nice to get the hot chocolate chip cookies when checking in.

The reviews for this property are completely misleading. This place is absolutely disgusting and poorly maintained. The carpets are so filthy that walking on them without shoes is unthinkable. There are visible, disgusting stains everywhere. The furniture is beat up, cheap, and looks like it was pulled straight from a thrift store. Nothing matches, nothing feels clean, and nothing feels cared for. The shower wall looks damaged and unfinished, as if repairs were started and never completed. It’s unacceptable and honestly shocking that rooms in this condition are being rented out. To make matters worse, they charge over $5 for a small cup of coffee that is typically complimentary at any decent hotel especially HILTON and the coffee was old, cold, and tasted awful. It’s obvious this hotel is putting no money back into maintenance or guest experience. This is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. The reviews do not reflect reality at all.

We stayed for 4 nights and would ask everyday for the rooms to be cleaned. They never once came by and when we confirmed a late checkout at the front desk (12 pm so only 1 more hour) they came and kicked us out. This hotel sucks.
