  The hotel itself is great. It has everything you need and a great staff to go with it. It's just not located in a great part of town. Located in a very poor neighborhood with LOTS of homeless people and and some shady people. You can't walk outside of the hotel you have to drive.

  This was a perfectly nice hotel. My family enjoyed the (modestly) heated outdoor pool. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. It seems it might be in a bit of rougher neighborhood, but they had a security guard in the lobby and an underground parking where we were totally comfortable. Highly recommended if you destination is near here.

  I travel a lot! We came here for universal studios. First time here! Oct 13-16, just myself and my little girl. We felt safe!! Clean room, clean establishment, free breakfast (standard continental that's at most hotels). Parking is in the garage under the building I believe it was $15 a night but I forgot exact amount. We stayed for 3 nights. They have a small convenient store area for snacks or things you might have forgot to pack. Across the street is a Dennys, a shelll gas station and a McDonald's. The hotel is easy to get in and out of and right off the road. It's a 15 min drive to the park. We took uber/lyft.. (those rides averaged $15-22. Parking at the park was $35 a day, so it kind of evens out and I didn't want to worry about driving in the traffick around the park. It was rainy and cold so we didn't get into the pool but still went out to check it out. It is heated and was luke warm to the touch. We were just too tired to get in. But it was well kept and clean. The room has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I always look for those along with free breakfasts.... all around I loved staying here, very peaceful and safe. They have security guards at night and keep the doors locked infront so not just anyone can come in. Security will let you in if you're dropped off after dark. We plan on making several trips back during the year and this is where we'll continue staying!,
