  I stayed for a brief overnight trip with my family and we left our daughter's Nintendo Switch 2, accessories, and games in the room. When we noticed that we had left them (~9pm Monday night) I called and the staff was able to promptly locate our items. They arranged to ship them to me and they were delivered to our doorstep, carefully packaged, by ~11am Wednesday morning. I do a lot of traveling and have had a few instances of attempting to retrieve lost items with little support (not that I expect much when it is my own fault) - The staff at this hotel demonstrated true care for our situation and went above and beyond to get our items back to us. To have our things neatly packaged and at our door in less than 36 hours deserves recognition and begets confidence in the service offered by the team at this location. Very grateful for their efforts and will certainly book here again next time we go to Universal Studios. Aside from that - the rooms were clean, check-in was smooth, and the parking was stress-free (unusual in the Hollywood area). I know not all Hampton Inn's are great, but some are and this is one of them!

  Newly renovated after being taken over by Hilton, this is a nice hotel. Close to Universal Studios, LA and the Valley. Clean with friendly service. Parking is underground and seems safe. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. No real complaints.

  Its California so all locations suck. The rooms are really nice pillows are comfy too. The service was mediocre.
