  The reception was not customer friendly at all. Couldn't help us with anything. We reserved a 2 queen bed and he gave us 1 bed and after that we show him the reservation he said that it is not our problem and you should pay extra. after waiting for more than 1 hour with a little child and calling the website, we reserved another hotel. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

  The staff here were very kind. The rooms are dated but for the price affordable. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The blinds in the room leak light in and the room I was in was right in front of the street so several loud cars were very audible, making it hard to sleep. There is free breakfast so that's nice.

  Laura that served the breakfast buffet was friendly, clean, thoughtful, kept food well stocked, took time to get to now her patrons, made delicious eggs and was a delight.Laura is a 5 star employee. Excellent service. The rest of the employees that we encountered definitely have room for improvement. The rooms were clean and great air conditioning. was clean but the remote to our tele was wiggidy. Horrible toilet dispensers, there was no handicap accessible showers and the front desk workers for the first few nights were rude and made it seem like we were putting them out. The other staffers were pleasant. Parking was sparse more than not. We had 2 leave key at front desk because the limited parking meant having to double park. Great location to freeways and close enough to airport. Grounds were quiet and if it wasn’t for the shower head and no handicap showers, we’d have no problem staying there again
