  Staff were kind and attentive. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom as well. My only issue regarding the room was the fact our AC was leaking around the outlet which was conveniently located directly underneath the unit. It completely soaked the carpet and outlet. I was a little concerned about it and called front desk. They had no issue offering us another room. Minor inconvenience switching with a pile of kids but thats all you can do i suppose.

  Rooms are nice, bed was comfy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. This is insanely expensive. Not a meal option under $21. $5 for a coffee? We paid to stay at the hotel. I understand not all hotels offer free breakfast, but the prices should be better for hotel guests.

  I will never say this Hotel ever again, the cleaning staff are extremely lazy, there's a significant amount of dust and these rooms need a deep cleaning. The pet friendly rooms are down in the basement which is a huge pain in the ass when it comes to taking the dogs outside for a pee. You have to take an elevator and then walk a very long distance. The handicap door openers for the automatic doors none of them work. I highly recommend people save their money and look for a cheaper, cleaner, quieter option. Lots of families with young children with young kids yelling as they're running up and down the hallway. This is definitely not a place I will ever stay again

  First and last time staying at this hotel. Upon entering, the bathroom sink is to your right and the smallest hotel bathroom you've ever seen to your left behind an in-swinging door you must squeeze behind in order to shut it. Showers weren't clean looking. New caulking and some bleach would go a long way. On the topic of cleanliness, my toddler quickly discovered a gross squishy pink ball from left behind from a previous guest. If she can discover it 5 minutes, it makes you wonder how much time they spend in there cleaning. She also discovered some uprooted carpet in the entrance of the room, and I discovered that the lock to the outside balcony door was unusable. Not what you'd call a kid friendly experience, especially because there is no bathtub or even a detachable shower head which make a proper wash almost impossible with a toddler. The wifi is slow and unreliable. The pool was nice but the pool floor stinks of mold/mildew. Most importantly I come to have a good sleep at a hotel and that was impossible because the beds are not comfortable and I'm not sure if anyone can explain how my queen bed at home is more spacious. Are they queen beds? Im not sure, I didn't take a measuring tape on vacation with me. Maybe I could have lower standards for this place hadn't it cost $275 a night after taxes. Avoid.

  Unfortunate because I was quite loyal to holiday inn and holiday Inn express. The main issue was the cigarette smoke smell in the room. It’s advertised as a smoke free hotel but it honesty smelled like someone left an ashtray in the room during a hot day with the windows closed. The staff, very polite, asked if we wanted to change rooms but this was the only suite they had. I thought maybe we can switch to two rooms but it didn’t work out with the kids. They sent over someone to remedy the issue, and the next day a staff member knocked on the door and when I opened the door, walked by me without saying a word and dumped what looked like a bottle of toilet bowl clear down the drain…then left without saying a word. Not sure what the logic was but it didn’t work and did 2 nights the smell remained. The other issue, which isn’t a huge deal but kind of funny. I poured two cups of coffee at the front desk to take with me when we checked out. I start looking for the lids but there aren’t any out. So I ask the front desk “do you have any lids” and she says “no. Sorry”. So I say “ok unfortunately I can’t take these in the car with me” so then another member chimes in “oh yes we have some at our other hotel Down the hall. So I start walking down the hall and then halfway down she calls back “oh yes we have some here”. Is this a big deal? No. Is it hilarious that a member basically said “yeah I’m not looking for lids for your coffee because I can’t be bothered even though I’m not with another guest”…yeah. It’s kind of funny. Having said that, the check in person was amazing, and other members I dealt with were great as well. But unfortunately the cons heavily out weight the pros. Summary - smell the room first and bring your own coffee lids
