  The concierge named Maria was very rude when we checked in on July 4 at 3:00 PM. She told us, in a very rude tone, that we had to wait until 4:00 PM because the housekeeping team had not finished cleaning the room. Throughout the interaction, she kept making awkward and dismissive facial expressions, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We paid a significant amount for our stay, so we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Instead, we received unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Her behavior was completely unbecoming of someone working in hospitality.

  The rooms are a bit small with random layout of the small bathroom at the entrance of the room. Breakfast has only toast, cereal, yogurt and juice/coffee/tea options. Gym doesn't have good ventilation or any cool air. If I knew all these before booking it, I will book something else

  Loved the staff. They could 't be more helpful if they tried. The pool was wonderful but there are no safe steps to enter/ leave the pool which is hard as someone who has mobility issues.The mobility seat was also broken. But the gym was well resourced and clean. Didn't love the size of the washroom in our room but rooms are clean and furniture is functional. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast , lunch and dinner. The banquet captain Mr. Ratan made sure that we had our family's needs met with allergies and celiac disease. The Internet in our room however, was difficult to work with. I spent most of the time hot spotting to my phone because there is a clear need for extenders in the lower 1st floor. My rented meeting room for work had excellent internet though (Salon A) and again the staff like Angus were so helpful and committed to making my event a success. I will come back again but ask for a room near a primary internet source so working online is not a challenge. Anything else we had a need for was responded to quickly and professionally.

  Booked with Hotels.com so of course they send you to the furthest room from any amenities end of the hall top floor, completely expected but sad. No wifi when you are sent to Timbuktu which is a joke this day and age where you can get wifi pretty where anywhere. The fridge in the room didn't cool, the shower/toilet room is tiny and the door is a pain to open and close. I have to straddle the toilet to close the door behind me. The room and hallways were clean and updated which was nice, the elevator stayed in the 80s. Nice view out back at Kennys pond. For the price they charge I would have expected a little more. Staff was good to deal with.

  It’s… fine but with a few problems. Wifi is near nonexistent on the 4th floor(currently hot spotting from my phone). Get a room far from the clanking elevator otherwise you’ll hear it every time it opens. While it’s located in a fine spot, it is on a busy road which means sirens go by half a dozen times a night, also those revving their engines. (Not the hotels fault but just a warning) Some grime in the showers with a drain that is clearly clogged. Bed was comfortable. Tv big. Glad I got a discount through work otherwise the price would make it worse.
