    Hotel was clean and close to the airport. Shuttle service was quick and easy. Marge, the manager on staff during most of our visit was friendly and helped with our requests. My only minor issue was room cleaning and breakfast. The room cleaning was fine, but didn’t always do a quick vacuum to get hair out of bathroom and crumbs around room. The included breakfast was good, but their fancy pancake machine was down most of the time, and their food positioning could be improved for busy times. These are minor issues meant as feedback for improvement. I would gladly stay here again.

    Clean and quiet stay very close to the airport. The hotel had all your usual amenities including a small gym and indoor pool. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and drinks. The hotel receptionist also had incredible service, he took the initiative to call us a complementary taxi to the airport after we had missed the shuttle bus.

    Perfect place to stay when you visit St John's to do day trips and with free parking. You should stay here only if you rent a car. Only lacking is any good restaurants to eat. For that you need to drive to town. But, you'll be on town anyway most of the day. The free shuttle to airport 24 hours is very convenient ad I was able to return my rental the previous evening to catch morning flight.

    My first trip to NFLD. Have the room reserved for 3 weeks in advance with a credit card! My bosses card. Wanted m credit card as well! I said it was held with that card and will be paid on that card. 2:30 am. Would not let me check in. My bosses card spoke on th phone. Front Desk could not care less! Never have I been so disgusted with service like this! I offered to put on my debit and pay tonight but no that would not work. Yet they held bosses card! This guy had no idea what he was doing. What the hell. This holiday in is the worst!
