We had an issue with the first room we went into and so my husband went down to the front desk and he immediately switched us rooms. The next night when we came in from a long day in Hollywood Deshawn was working again he didn’t hesitate to greet us and checked to make sure if our new room was good for us. It’s little things like this that make a difference. His customer service is everything and if no one has told him I WILL: he makes this location welcoming and comfortable. Me and my husband appreciate you DeShawn and I hope IHG hotels does too!
