  From the moment Faatimah greeted us to the moment we checked out, our time at Balboa Bay Resort was spectacular. I don't think I've ever been so enamored by the treatment we received from a front desk representative. Each day she greeted us and remembered our names. Each day she made recommendations for activities and places to visit. I would absolutely return to this resort.

  Wonderful resort destination ! The room was beach view, and it was spectacular. It was worth every penny for the view, and access to the beach. The staff was very attentive and they took care of our every need. Including valet parking (added charge). Actually the service was excellent. Every staff member was very polite and helpful. The management should be commended for their efforts in creating a positive experience. The dining room is also a great place to relax and enjoy the scrumptious food, and take in the seaside resort.

  My husband and I recently vacationed at Balboa Bay Resort. He uses a power wheelchair to get around and this Resort was perfect for us. The concierge team made sure to recommend appropriate activities and wonderful dining experiences. The free valet shuttle around the area was perfect and worry-free. The staff handled the wheelchair without complaint. We loved the restaurant and the view, but the staff made our stay truly special.

  Balboa Bay Resort is one of the crown jewels of Newport Beach and an essential reference point when I'm showing clients properties along the bayfront. Whether buyers are visiting from out of state to explore the NB real estate market, or just need a stunning backdrop for waterfront lifestyle conversations, this resort never disappoints. The bayside setting is unmatched — clients who stay here instantly understand why Newport Beach commands the premium it does. The on-site restaurant, First Bay Club, delivers excellent harbor views alongside its menu. A true cornerstone of OC waterfront living that I confidently recommend to every relocation client.

  We stayed in the king bay view room with balcony. It was lovely and clean, comfortable bed and very spacious. Nespresso in room, but we didn’t use it. Also a mini fridge. Free water bottles and a bottle of wine. We had the corner room right next to valet, which can be a bit loud. The Blend coffee shop is well stocked with various food/snack options. And their cappuccino and mochas were great! Room service food was large portions, and fairly priced. Service overall from the valet, bell person, concierge (provided us with bench chairs and umbrella) were all very friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay very much.
