Since I stayed over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the lobby was festively decorated for the season making you feel you are at "home" at Homewood Suites. Manager Sagia & Kathryn operates this hotel efficiently with their skilled staffing (front desk, food service, housekeeping, and facilities)who are professional as well as friendly and personable. I would give them 10 stars for their hospitality! Every employee made you feel welcomed, accommodating, and greeted you everyday by your name! The breakfast & dinner meals offered variety and carefully prepared & served by Carlos, Susan, Ale, Mirabella, Claudia,Veronica...and Toni was always very warm and inviting you to the social hour. The staff I met was my extended family, from Oscar, Jason, Gerson, Miriam, Brandie, Alicia, Dylan who always greeted me with a smile, morning, noon, and night! I highly recommend Homewood Suites if you are in the SF Bay Area as their staff are experienced, competent and professional and are "Top Notch" in my books! Thanks for making my stay, safe, comfortable, and my "home away from home"....you are the BEST!

Customer service is fairly universal if you have no compassion or courtesy to simply allow a charge point customer to use the system they pay into I would expect to receive poor results in any transaction with the property. I played no music, was silently sitting in my vehicle, but was made leave for not paying for a room.

They were helpful, kind, and went out of their way without being asked to regularly make my stay better. I WILL be going back. The food is excellent, the pool and hot tub are clean, the rooms are clean, all of it. But it's the staff here who MAKE this hotel a truly incredible stay, every one of them. I am blown away.
