  Front desk associates were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We attended the restaurant twice and have absolutely no complaints or concerns. Another two trips are planned for this years and we will be staying at The Crown Plaza Saint John again.!

  Front line staff especially Wasana has been excellent. She has looked after all my concerns and her pleasant smile is welcoming upon all my stays. (Have been coming since mid March) The young lady who I believe only works the breakfast shifts also has a warm smile and treats you with respect. I have met a group of people that come every Saturday for breakfast and she is the main reason.

  The front desk (East Asian guy and South Asian girl) were very helpful. The computer was taking slightly long (4-5 minutes) during our check-in after a 16 hour drive, and the front desk folk were very apologetic and comped our breakfast. Extremely good customer service, easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was nice. The room was clean. No complaints at all, would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza in St. John to all who visit.

  My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View in Saint John was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. This hotel truly sets the standard for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk team. Staff members like Wasana and Tamika went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is spotless. Every area—from the lobby to the hallways and especially the rooms—was impeccably clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, with fresh linens and a very relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything in perfect condition, and any request I had was handled promptly and with care. I was also very impressed with the food. The dining experience exceeded expectations, offering delicious meals with great variety and quality. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was prepared perfectly and served with a smile. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The combination of outstanding staff, excellent service, beautiful and clean rooms, and great food made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

  My stay was amazing. My husband and I came for work and the staff were super accommodating and informative. We checked in with Ishan who was friendly and informative with amenity times and he was even able to provide us with a late check out. It made a huge impact as my husband worked a late shift so it gave us adequate time in the morning to rest and get ready for the day. The night audit, Felippe was also very friendly and welcoming which was appreciated during the late hours of the night. In the morning when I checked out with Wasana it felt like I was talking to a friend. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made the morning check out a seamless experience. Thanks to these three people it felt like I was staying with family and I will definitely stay again. Points about the amenities: I really liked the pool, it was warm and felt clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. I loved the walk in shower, and as for the beds, I feel like it’s been a long time since I’ve had such a comfortable sleep.
