  Unterirdischer Service Unglaublich, was wir in diesem Hotel erleben mussten: Im ersten Zimmer war das Lavabo so verstopft, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Im zweiten Zimmer spritzte der Wasserhahn des Lavabos nach allen Seiten und musste auf unsere Aufforderung hin repariert werden. Beim Frühstück wurden wir von dem uns zuvor zugewiesenen Tisch verjagt, weil man den Boden putzen wollte. Putzen zu Servicezeiten um 9 Uhr morgens, wenn Gäste da sind, ist ein absolutes no go. Das Personal war zudem sehr unfreundlich und nicht Service orientiert. In unserem Zimmer wurde nur ein Bett gemacht, das zweite einfach vergessen. Und an der Reception war eine Mitarbeiterin nicht in der Lage, den Standort des Hotels auf einer Karte einzuzeichnen, weil sie offensichtlich nicht Karten lesen konnte. Unterirdisch dieser Service. Nie wieder werde ich dieses Hotel berüchsichtigen und kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

  We stayed one night as we were driving to Prince Edward Island from the states. We were traveling with our dog. It was obvious they gave us a room where previous dogs have stayed and the room smelled of dogs. The room felt dirty and it was in need of a renovation. Unfortunately, there’s not many hotels in the area and this was one of two choices. We have to stop here and stay for an additional night on the way back and I’m not looking forward to it.

  I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Saint John for three days, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Isan Patel, the floor manager, for the outstanding service he provided throughout my visit. From the start, Isan went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm in every interaction. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, he handled it promptly and with a smile. It's clear he takes real pride in his work and cares about the guests' experience. Staff like Isan are the reason I'd happily return and recommend this hotel to others. He's a true asset to your team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.   What an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in until the time we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. A very special thank you to Ishan Patel, the on-duty manager, who truly went above and beyond. His exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made our visit unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. Every recommendation he made was spot on, and his friendly, welcoming attitude made us feel valued throughout our visit. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. If you’re looking for excellent service and expert recommendations, ask for Ishan Patel—he sets the gold standard for hospitality. Highly recommended!   My party stayed two nights at the hotel. Overall, I would call the accommodations utilitarian. The room itself was clean, but on the small side. The complimentary breakfast was the worst I have ever had in my travels. The scrambled eggs were literally hard and the turkey bacon was hard and had no taste. The pancake warmer was empty and not refilled in a timely manner. This brings me to another point. After a long day of sight-seeing, we were excited to see happy hour specials in the restaurant which included half off appetizers. Our server Stefan, who was also the bar tender, told us there would be a half hour wait for our food before we ordered due to a "banquet" in a side room. An hour and ten minutes later, we received our three appetizers. No one asked if we wanted drink refills in the mean time. Another party who had entered 20 minutes after we did, played Russian roulette and complained about the wait for their apps. They received their apps at least 15 minutes before us, but we all know the rule about complaints at restaurants ... My party returned to their rooms while I waited for the bill to no avail, until a person came out of the kitchen with the set up for breakfast and kindly asked me if I needed help. He then found my waitstaff and after another 10 minutes, I was handed the bill. However, when the bill came, the cherry on top was that we were charged fill price for our apps. The food was good, but the obvious understaffing and lack of attention to our needs left a bad taste in our mouth.
