Been staying at hotel for work for past several weeks while working out at Irving Refinery. Myself and over a dozen of my fellow Blackstone Industrial millwrights have been VERY impressed with our stay so far. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are very clean with nice size shower/bathtub. Our night shift crew mentioned the blackout blinds are GREAT. Staff (front desk and kitchen) have been wonderful and gone above and beyond with few special requests. Big thanks to Barb and Randy in particular for all their efforts. Has been very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for personal or work related stays in Saint John.

I'm a bit late posting, but just wanted to say I had a fantastic trip here last spring. I was coaching a team of "energetic" individuals, yet the hotel treated us extremely well. I appreciate how understanding staff were that weekend, and how they care about their guests' experience. We definitely were not the quietest group the hotel has hosted, yet they treated us well and ensured all other guests had a positive experience as well. I will always stay here when I visit the great city of Saint John, and you should too.

Stayed there for a weekend get away with my husband. The room we had was beautiful, very clean We also went to the restaurant which was absolutely beautiful very modern the food was absolutely delicious reasonable price. I also spoke with one of the workers there Barb she was very friendly and Super knowledgable about the area!!! this was our first time to Saint John so we really weren’t sure what things there was to do. She gave us lots of great pointers of all great places to visit while we were there . More hotels could use someone like her that goes the extra mile for their customers smiling the whole time! we definitely will be back to the hotel and will definitely go see her in restaurant to eat

We have always had a wonderful experience here. The food is absolutely delicious, and my family and I have always been treated so well every time we visit. The great food and welcoming service are definitely what keep us coming back. I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Barb more than once, and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. She is polite, kind, friendly, and treated my family and me with the utmost respect. I would easily give Barb a 5/5 for her kindness, professionalism, and the way she genuinely cares about her customers. You can see Barb’s passion for her job through her smile and the way she treats the people she serves. She has a natural ability to make you feel welcome and appreciated, and that kind of service is something you remember long after you leave. On a more personal note, Barb, please never underestimate the difference your kindness can make in someone’s day. The world needs more people who treat others with the warmth and respect that you do. We felt very lucky to have you serve our family both times, and I truly hope your employer knows what a wonderful person they have representing their business. Keep that beautiful smile and kind heart — they shine through in everything you do. ❤️
