  50% of the staff could barely speak English or French, if at all. The Executive Suite at $566 a night was not much better than a bachelor apartment furnished by teenagers. Hot breakfast??? LoL, they meant Luke warm. Stay elsewhere.

  We’ve stayed here 3 separate times and had decent experiences in the past. We stayed here for our last 2 days in Moncton a few days ago and it was absolutely awful. Doors locked at 3:30pm, had to ring to be let in. Check in was an experience. The fellow who was checking me in kept telling me I had spelled my name wrong and to download the app to fix it. I pulled it up on my phone and it was correct. I’m pretty sure I know how to spell my name. He gave us the keys, my 3 year old and I went upstairs to get changed into our swim suits, went downstairs and the pool wouldn’t accept our key. Went back upstairs and our key had been deactivated. We had to go back downstairs in our swimsuits and wait in line for 15 minutes (of course the door was unlocked now so we were freezing) to get it fixed. Check in guy didn’t believe us, reset our key and it still didn’t work. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get it sorted out but it still didn’t work. Finally got into the room and it was pretty bad. Scratched up walls, burning dust smell when the heat was turned on, a couple towels in the bathroom (not nearly enough for 3 people), cob webs in the bathroom. Just pretty gross. Next day goes by, we go out, come back and of course. Locked out of our rooms again. Talked to a few other people and found out they all had been locked out too. Front desk didn’t seem to care. Won’t stay here again that’s for sure. Not worth the price. Oh and the pool was disgusting. We got itchy after swimming in it for about an hour.

  Rooms were clean and serviced daily, and the staff were consistently friendly. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety—eggs, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, and breads. The beds were also comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. The only downside was the noise level on our floor. There were several rowdy kids who appeared to be part of a sports group, running between rooms, banging on doors, and shouting late into the night—well past 3am. We were traveling with a child as well, so we understand excitement, but some level of quiet time after 10pm would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to sleep, which was disappointing given how good everything else was. I can imagine this being even more frustrating for guests with early commitments the next day.
