  We had a business event at this location. The service was impressive I would recommend for all events. The rooms are clean, up to date and very comfortable

  Nice and modern hotel with a decent pool. The only complaint I have was the window could not be opened. Th rooms were mechanically ventilated where an noiseless vent constantly sucks air from the bathroom. I'm not sure where the replacement air comes from as my room had high humidity and a mildrew smell throughout the 2 days we were there.

  Had a great stay. Marouane (hopefully i am spelling their name correctly) at reception was very accommodating and friendly during check-in. Would stay here again. Room was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped.

  Great hotel and what was expected of this brand. My only concern was that they did not have dedicated pet free rooms. We have allergies so this was important to us. Usually pet friendly hotels have specific rooms or floors dedicated for those with pets. The front desk staff was kind enough to look at the room's history and confirm that no pets had been in the room given to us for at least 30 days. Location is great - close to mall, and restaurants. Room was clean, spacious, and bright.

  If you’re specifically choosing this hotel because breakfast is included, I would look suggest going early! To be fair, there was one day when they had everything available, but on Sunday, with an hour still remaining, they had already run out of pancake mix and cinnamon rolls. The sausage was pork, which also limited the options, and the muffins that were available were hard and not very good. We’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns and have never experienced breakfast running out of items. The bed was also surprisingly uncomfortable. We’re used to Holiday Inn beds being quite comfortable, so this was another disappointment. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful every day. The pool was crowded at night but much more enjoyable for a daytime swim. The kitchen staff were noticeably cranky, which also made the breakfast experience less pleasant. Overall, the hotel was clean and the front desk team was excellent, but the inconsistent breakfast and uncomfortable beds made this stay below the standard we’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn.
