  My wife and I booked a suit on as a stop over on our travels. The room was beautiful and had a jacuzzi which we immensely enjoyed. The staff from checking in to checking out we so friendly and professional. We had an option to get an included breakfast from Baton Rouge with our stay, again, the service was second to none and the buffet had ton of selection. I recommend if you are passing through Moncton and need a place to stay you should consider the Crown Plaza.

  Checked in after a day of travel and it was guest appreciation night at Baton Rouge. Had a nice chat with Katey Day The sales manager at guest appreciation night and we discussed moving our corporate events to this location. Very smart marketing to have this set up for guests as they check in. Good selection of snacks, charcuterie, board, beer, wine at the guest appreciation event. Room was clean, Tania the cleaner did a good job. Well done!

  I stayed for the first time on May 7 with my friends to see the Alienation Tour concert. The lobby was beautiful and warm, it looked awfully cozy. It also had a little spot to get some drinks and snacks, like a little marketplace. It was hard not getting something. As a bonus, upon checking in we also passed by the Three Days Grace band members in the lobby, a surreal moment! Our room was on the 6th floor, it was a 2 bedroom facing the parking lot but I didn't mind as I got view of the train going through! The room was outfitted with a shower, which was a surprise as I'm so used to double bedrooms to have a bath tub, but I'm glad we had the shower. It's what all of us preferred. The room also had a Keurig machine with 4 pods provided as well as water. Since my friend booked the room, they wrote her a short and sweet note and left a little shark keychain. It really made her feel really special! Thank you, Amol, for that! We all slept really well that night, no sound came through the walls, windows or halls. Most other places have sound issues, this was really quiet. The location of the hotel is great! Close to food options and the Avenir Centre is pretty much right across the street, perfect for any events going on. If anything of interest comes up, this hotel will be a top choice.

  We had a very good stay. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Abhishek, Bibi and Vanessa who truly went above and beyond to help us out, their kindness and professionalism made a big difference and were genuinely appreciated. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience overall, and the staff really stood out for their hospitality. We will definitely be visiting again.

  We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown in March 2026 with our team and, unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at check-in time, only to find that more than half of our group’s rooms were not ready. Some families didn’t get access to their rooms until as late as 6:00 p.m. We had also booked a conference room for a team dinner that evening, and instead of using it as planned, many families were stuck waiting there for their rooms—right up until the time our dinner was supposed to start. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and last-minute scrambling for our group. I reached out to multiple people at the hotel to discuss the situation, I received one response offering to waive the conference room fee, which felt like the bare minimum given the circumstances of many of the team still sitting in there. Other follow-up emails were not answered. We chose this hotel based on a great past experience at another Crowne location, but this stay fell far short. The lack of organization and poor customer service were extremely disappointing.
