  ★★★★★ I have stayed at my fair share of hotels, and it takes a genuinely good one to leave an impression. This one certainly did. From the room to the service, everything was excellent. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and clearly cared about the experience they were providing. What I expected to be a simple overnight stay turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable. The service was great, and Sophie H. at Baton Rouge deserves special recognition. She was friendly, attentive, and professional, and did a fantastic job making breakfast a great start to the day. When a hotel gets the important things right, one must give credit where credit is due. An excellent stay. I would gladly return.

  DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU’RE DRIVING. The parking lot is extremely small and shared with other businesses. We spent about 10 minutes circling with four other cars, hoping someone would leave so we could find a parking spot. There was also very little hot water for the kids’ bath at night and for our showers in the morning. And the windows are absolutely disgusting and clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

  Le service était très bon la Chambre où on m'a mis avait du bruit a proximité des ascnceur heureusement je suis tombée sur des gens extrement gentil et compréhensifs ensuiteb ils m'ont Switche pour l'autre chambre il y avait le bruit du a cause d'un ventilateur. J'ai quand même dormis j'étais épuiser il y avais aussi des cheveux dans la baignoire le ménage a mal été fais. Malgrés tous l'équipe était très gentille et compréhensive. A noter que des poils et des cheveux dans ma chambre était présent et ce avant que je me douche

  Friendly staff and wonderful service! A big shout-out to Mayca at the front desk, who kindly offered my kid an ocean-themed stuffed keychain when noticing he was holding a lobster stuffed toy. 🦞💙 We had a difficult morning after noticing that some of our belongings had been stolen from our vehicle in the parking lot. (Please make sure your vehicle is locked and don’t leave valuables inside.) Thank you, Mayca, for your kindness, warm smile, and thoughtful gesture. It truly meant a lot to us!

  Very disappointing experience and poor customer service I booked directly with the hotel by phone for two adults and two children. During the reservation, the agent offered to include breakfast for an additional quoted amount, which I accepted. Upon arrival, I was told that the quoted price only covered breakfast for two people, even though the hotel knew from the outset that our reservation was for four guests. This was never communicated to me when I made my reservation directly with the hotel. I simply asked to have the breakfast removed, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate this request. In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced service that was so misleading and, frankly, so inhospitable. The hotel is also currently undergoing significant renovations. The construction is very noticeable upon arrival, and guests should be aware that there may be significant noise and disruption during the renovation period. Although information about the renovations is now available online, this was not apparent to me when I made my reservation, nor was it disclosed by the representative over the phone. Overall, this experience left me with a serious lack of confidence in the hotel’s transparency and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to confirm every detail of their reservation, including what is actually included in the price, and to ask about any ongoing renovations before booking. We ended up staying at the Hyatt Place Moncton, which is right across the street and is a brand-new hotel, so there were no renovations ongoing. The room was very spacious, the service was impeccable, and the price was in a similar range. We also booked the breakfast option online, without speaking to anyone, and it included the whole family with no questions asked.
