- LMLuis M (Lou M)Sep 23, 20263.0Had a pleasant stay and could have easily been a 5 Star review if not for an issue at the end of my stay...at 9 AM on checkout day I made a preliminary trip down to my car to bring some items down and when returning to my room neither of my Key Cards worked, obviously checkout time is 11, there is absolutely ZERO reason to code the keys to stop working 2 hours before then so I had to walk back downstairs to get a new Key and Staff didn't seem to care about it...ruined an otherwise great stay, room was clean and quiet, convenient location and wasn't aware of any security issues...but after this experience I don't think I'd return which is a shame... breakfast was more than adequate as well, though WiFi could definitely be improved.

- JBJohn BSep 17, 20261.0I have been a BW rewards member for a long time and going to this hotel for over 15 years. It has gone down hill in the last couple of years . From check in , normally rewards members are acknowledged , nothing , room number was 304. Carpets very dirty and stained , hair in bathroom , simple maintenance not taken care of not even a do not disturb sign I could hang on door when busy on video meeting. And there wifi is terrible , not able to maintain connection during meeting and had to use phone data. I stay here 4-6 times a year for 2-3 days each time. That won’t be happening anymore.

There were spiderwebs on the ceilings, noticeable dirty spots on the walls, and the sheets were stained. The carpet is also in serious need of replacement and made the room feel dated and unclean. The Wi-Fi was another issue. It was very slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to use when needed. For the price of the stay, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues, particularly the cleanliness, bedding, carpet, and Wi-Fi, so future guests have a better experience.
