  Reading through other reviews I was a little worried but our room was spacious, clean and in good condition. Only thing I was missing was a microwave. The kids loved the pool. We got our deposit back within a few days, which is not standard. Thanks so much

  I've been coming here for years. Mostly convenient for my needs. But this week has not been good. Twice I have had to have them reset my keys. And now we've been without TV and internet connection. The service provider says there are zero issues. The hotel has clearly done nothing and is doing nothing to fix the problem. I will not be staying here again.

  We've been here for six days. All was fine....now internet and TV have been out for almost 24 hours. The hotel personnel say it's Rogers telecommunications fault yet there are no reported outages for this address on Lewisville Rd in Moncton. There's no indication that staff are doing anything or that they care. Probably the last time we stay here after a number of years. Clearly they don't really care or they'd at least attempt to show they're doing something. Our keys have failed twice, too.

  Checking in and was ignored for almost 10 mins then was looked after. Asked for a room with 2 queen beds and got a disability room with 1 queen bed. Had supper and came back to room and relax watch a movie or the news and TV does not work. I have always stayed at Best Westerns across the country and this is the worst and the most expensive. Really not worth it.

  My wife and I just needed an overnight stay. The bed and room was very comfortable and clean. The TV was just normal cable -- However, the following morning the TV would not display a picture despite the TV being on the proper input. Not a big deal since we were checking out anyway. It did work the night before but there is no TV guide. No restaurant in the hotel. The Pool is small and only 4ft deep in the deep end. There were 12 kids in the pool when we went. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool. No towels in the pool area, no pre-shower rinse area before getting in the pool. We had to get towels from front desk. We had kids running up and down the hall making noise and knocking on our door. and running off I chatted with a parent and they said they would take care of that. Not an issue I wanted to deal with after driving 10 hrs. The running in the hall continued a bit later and I heard another adult telling the kids to behave or they would call the front desk. Likely not staying at this Best Western again -- due to many lacking amenities we like.
