    Grand Salut and Edmunston hotels are overpriced. They are all old too. This hotel is clean but outdated, and the pricing does not reflect what you get. No buffet at these prices is highway robbery, ohhh I see.

    Close to the highway. Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms with good ac. Wifi could be a bit choppy at times.

    Would stop here again. Staff is great. Onsite laundry makes it better for a long trip. Food on site is alsome. Would recommend the nachos or breakfest sandwages if your hungry.

    Trop cher : 280$ Petit déjeuner NON INCLUS contrairement aux autres Best Western et notamment à l’excellent Best Western d’Edmunston qui malheureusement affichait complet. Nous avons réservé directement à l’hôtel sur leur ligne directe et la personne, bien que très accueillante , ne nous a jamais parlé que le petit déjeuner serait en extra! Deux personnes nous attendaient à notre arrivée, notamment Dylan qui mérite 5 étoiles pour son accueil et sa diplomatie. L’autre employé ne savait même pas dire bonjour en français, nous l’avions d’ailleurs déjà remarqué lorsque nous avions téléphoné, il ne parlait pas ne fut qu’un seul mot de français qui dans cette région est obligatoirement nécessaire ! NB: oublions définitivement le petit déjeuner payant que même gratuitement, nous n’aurions pas mangé! Distributeur de boissons et de glaçons à l’étage, extrêmement bruyant. Appareil de désinfection pour les mains inopérant car vide! Air conditionné dans la chambre vétuste, inutilisable, car bruyant et placé le long du lit! Au niveau télévision, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait qu’une seule chaîne francophone, il n’y avait même pas Radio-Canada, un comble!

    The staff is incredible especially Chantel was amazing. She made my wife feel welcomed and helped them through a rough patch. The empathy and kindness shown by the staff cannot be understated. Thank you!
