  Great Stay, Friendly Staff, and Excellent Value! We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the hotel was. They even provided a thoughtful welcome bag for our dogs, which was such a nice touch and really showed their attention to detail. While the hotel is a little dated in some areas, everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It’s clear that the property is well cared for, and the slightly older decor certainly didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the welcoming atmosphere and pet-friendly amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended, particularly for anyone travelling with their furry companions!

  Great location and clean rooms. I would have given 5 stars except the breakfasts were not very good and there were not any other dining options at or near the hotel

  After finding that most hotels in Saint John were completely full, we changed our plans and decided to head to Fredericton. We called in the afternoon and managed to reserve two suites for the same night at a very reasonable price. Upon arrival, almost everything was perfect; the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and featured a nice living area. Breakfast was included, and while the selection was a bit limited, it was still a great perk considering how many hotels charge extra for it nowadays. My only complaints were a broken toilet seat and the air conditioning unit, which suddenly started rattling loudly like a tractor early in the morning and woke me up, even though I had set the temperature to 25°C.

  For over $300 per night, I would hope to find more modern decor with a least a charger port or wireless charge. Location is outside of the downtown core, even a walk to the large mall. Staff was friendly enough. Price should equal location or onsite amenities and decor/character… nothing changes just because there is a festival.
