  We stayed at the Best Western Plus Edmundston Hotel in Edmundston, New Brunswick for the first night of our road trip to move my sister to college, and this was our halfway point. Such a great hotel! The entire hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has such a nice atmosphere. Everything is nicely decorated and feels very well kept. There is a pool, so you can smell a little bit of chlorine when you first walk in, but it’s very mild compared to other hotels with pools and didn’t bother us at all. There’s also lots of parking all the way around the building, which was really convenient. The room itself was great, but as two girls who both need to do our hair in the morning, we were VERY impressed by the number of mirrors with outlets nearby. There are mirrored closet doors with an outlet right beside them, plus another mirror across the room with another outlet right next to it. Such a small detail, but genuinely so convenient when two people are trying to get ready at the same time! The bathroom was also great. The shower had good water pressure, the lemon-scented soaps smelled really nice, and there’s even a heater in the bathroom! I had never thought about having a bathroom heater in a hotel before, but being able to warm up the bathroom before getting ready in the morning is such a nice touch. My only tiny suggestion would be to have four full-size bath towels instead of three in a room with two beds. It would be nice for each person to have the option of one towel for their body and another for their hair. Overall, we were really impressed with the Best Western Plus Edmundston Hotel. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and a perfect stop for our first night on the road. Would absolutely stay here again!

  Although the room was lovely, we will not stay here again. We arrived around 9 pm and there were absolutely no parking spots available anywhere except for accessible ones, numbered ones which were ONLY for those in ground floor rooms, and EV charging stations. We had no choice but to park in an EV space, and the staff said it was ok. However, all the cars in the EV spots were vandalized overnight. Our rear wiper was torn off. No security lighting anywhere and obviously no cameras being monitored. We reported what had happened and the desk clerk was unconcerned and unhelpful. Not going to risk this again. If you’re going to charge a lot for a room, you must have safe parking for all, and you should have separate parking for those with trailers and uhauls who take up 3-4 spots each. Very very disappointing

  Great valve great bed amazing service wonderful service. I dont normally leave a tip for the staff due to price of hotels these days and the expenses of day to day living but I left a tip at breakfast and for the cleaning staff

  for such a beautiful hotel, there was a lot broken or unusable. Weight room weights needs to be recalibrated, hot tub was not hot, had a folded piece of paper thrust at me and told to sign without being told what it was. Tried to address issues at the hotel, was told I would get a call or email from the manager, I have received nothing. Also, once they did reply, not when promised but in response to this review and survey results, they emailed me at midnight from an email that I can't reply to, and from an email that had a different sender's name than the supposed manager that was responding. While they did provide me a phone number, I am highly doubtful at this point that the number reaches any kind of manager, let alone the general manager it claims to be for.

  Nous avons choisi cette hotel, car nous avions besoin de bornes de recharge et sur le site cetait indiqué, mais en arrivant la bas lea deux bornes ne fonctionnaient même pas, ils nous on dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire et d’aller voir ailleurs pour trouver d’autres bornes. Je trouve dommage vu que c’etait supposé un point fort, sinon le reste etait correct, mais pour le prix je crois qu’il y a d’autres hotels autour qui sont mieux.
