- BBBing Villena Bandigan6 days ago4.0The room was ok! The only thing ww mm complain on the 2nd day was the noise from the 4th floor. We were in 3rd floor. You can hear foot steps late evening till midnight ( not sure how many people was in that room. I mentioned it early in the morning but our last evening same thing and we were awake because of the footsteps. I dont like the way your receptionist explained that they might just came from work. That's not an excuse there other guests sleeping. We book to rest and had a good sleep not to listen to footsteps of other guests.

- TCTanner CraftJan 31, 20261.0Fire alarm went off in our room as soon as my wife began to shower. First employee arrived, apologetic realizing we wasn't smoking and the shower indeed caused it. Second Employee arrived angry despite agreeing no smoking took place, demanded we be financially responsible and also kicked out of hotel immediately. Still fighting charges to bank account $260 as I shut off my card before he charged more. Demanding we owe him more he froze my IHG account holding my points. AVOID AT ALL COST! I am an IHG Platinum Elite member, formerly Diamond for years in a row. I traveled for work spending 30+ weeks a year in hotels. NEVER in all that time have I experianced such behavior by hotel staff. IHG customer service states that hotel documented we "smoked". Neither of us have ever smoked, one of us is a cancer survivor and asthmatic. AVOID! Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend IHG, their customer service does not support loyal members if an issue occurs at a hotel they are staying at. If you MUST stay IHG, I recommend using highly secured payment methods, rotating credit card numbers, prepaid, ect. They can charge you without reason and it can be difficult and lengthy to dispute.
