My total was 206.95 and going rates were going for 100 plus tax on the room online. I wouldn't trust Danny anymore. Lesson learned. Next time make sure to book online for a better deal even if your in a hurry.. Front desk wasn't helpful in finding my rewards member number so I can get the points for my stay. TV in room didn't work, so they send up a guy who couldn't figure it out, meanwhile I am in my room with a guest waiting, and I feel that time wasted took value from my whole experience at this hotel. Will be calling Best Western to do a survey on my whole experience. Dissapointed, I thought this hotel was supposed to provide superior customer service.

- CBCherysa BalmoresJan 9, 20265.0I picked this hotel because of the short drive to San Diego Zoo, but this place offered plenty of parking and really felt welcoming for families. I requested a room downstairs, and they were very kind to grant my request. I did notice the drip coffee machine was out of order, and some unused cups were left around by other guests. They had a machine available, but I personally prefer fresh coffee. Perhaps a sign could be helpful if the drip machine is broken, or maybe it could be removed if not in use. I mentioned to the lady that the coffee machine wasn’t working, but overall, I really enjoyed our stay.
