    This hotel is so clean!! I loveee it!! It’s my go to hotel for work trips. Staff is very friendly & attentive. The room is excellent. The pool is so clean and I love that I can work peacefully at the hotel.

    I wish I could give it zero stars. Active Duty Military and need to change reservations due to military orders. Both Expedia and Best Western wouldn’t cancel the reservation and refund the money. Kept getting the run around. Recommend staying somewhere else and pay a different third party provider.

    I love this hotel! The location is fantastic; close to the base, shopping, bike/walking trails. Every member of the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would recommend is breakfast. There's room if they eliminate the conference room or Marina room.

    I’ve stayed here at least 4 times over the years when in SD visiting family. For a Best Western it far exceeds expectations. The lobby is renovated and smells great. The front desk is friendly and very helpful and welcoming. The grounds are very well kept and very secure. Give it a shot it’s a great option at a great price.
