- ALAnthony LambruschiMar 7, 20261.0Unfortunately I stayed here for 10 nights, it was long enough to see a hotel wide pattern of maintenance failures. I asked 3 days in a row for repairs to my door which had a faulty hinge. The 3rd time management looked me in the eyes and said there was no issue, my door was working as expected and didn't need any repairs. I let it go and was surprised on the last day of my trip to see the fualty hinge (that was not needing to be replaced according to management) had been replaced and my door was fully functioning! Additionally my floor had one set of elevator buttons out of operation for 6 days until both sets of buttons were out of operation and I had to literally walk downstairs and inform the hotel that the elevators could not be called from my floor. That day they fixed the first set of broken buttons and put of a sign over the others... This hotel will forever live in my mind as the Meh-st Western hotel. Aside from that, the walls look like a Jackson Pollock under UV light, the linens are nothing to write home about, and the bed is OK. The nicest thing about this hotel is that it's adjacent to a wilderness preserve which is nice to look at. Also the restaurant in the parking lot has LOUD music Friday and Saturday nights. I was on the other side of the hotel and it didn't bother me but some coworkers were not as fortunate.
