We stayed 2 nights at Casa Mani Resort by Hilton over Valentine’s Day weekend. The property has only been open about two weeks, and you can definitely still smell the fresh paint in the rooms — if you have a sensitive nose, you may want to wait a few months before booking.
**Pros:**
The facility is brand new, remodeled from the previous Embassy Suites, and the transformation is impressive. The room décor feels modern and warm, and I honestly loved the layout. Nice in-room equipment too — an Emec hot water kettle and a Dyson hair dryer 👌
The bed is very comfortable, the bathtub is large enough for two to enjoy together, and the shower has great water pressure. I also appreciated the Red Flower bath products — a lovely touch.
The gym is fantastic, featuring the newest version of Peloton bikes, and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. The resort is dog-friendly as well — we saw so many cute pups during our stay!
I also want to give a shout-out to Deborah at the front desk. She was absolutely lovely and so courteous during our check-in process.
**Cons:**
While the rooms are nicely updated, the soundproofing reveals the building’s Embassy Suites past. We could hear highway noise easily, and on Valentine’s Day we even overheard a couple arguing on a lower level — full conversation and all (“you always…xyz”). Interestingly, hallway noise wasn’t much of an issue.
The restaurant felt pretty anemic. The $35 breakfast buffet did not include coffee, tea, or juice (all extra), and options were limited: scrambled eggs, two types of sausages, bacon, potatoes, pastries, fruit, and yogurt. We chose to eat outside the second day since the buffet was just…sad.
A few service kinks still need ironing out:
* Gym water bottles were out from Saturday night to Sunday morning — I had to notify the front desk.
* The poolside water refill station did not work, the bottle fill portion is a dribble.
* Ice machines weren’t functioning; we had to call service for ice.
This is clearly a resort still working through opening-phase issues. That said, we’re happy to see a new resort option in Northern California and overall enjoyed our stay. It definitely helped set expectations for next time — we’ll be packing slippers for sure.
One more note: if you drive an EV, there’s no on-site charger. The closest charging option is at the outlet mall about 0.5 miles away. Parking is $25 for self-park and $35 for valet.

This place is top notch. Nothing to complain about here!
I called the Room Service around 8:00PM to order Chicken Wings. I was told that it will be about 30 - 40 minutes to be delivered. After 1.5 hours of waiting and still no food. So I called the extension 1015 now no one is answering. So I called the Front Desk and they said they will call the kitchen to follow up. Still no food. It is now getting close to 10:00PM so I called again and this time the Front Desk stated that our order has been delivered already per kitchen. There is only one Room 150 in the entire building. Where did you guys deliver our food.
The room is nice but the service is unacceptable. If you guys plan to stay here, don't order for Room Service--you will be disappointed. A total of 2 hours and 45 minutes has been wasted trying to call and follow up for my order.
Would I recommend this place to my friends or family, probably not because I don't want them to experience what I went through.
The Check-In process was not a smooth one either.

Staying for a week during Superbowl weekend. It seems that the hotel is in the process of changing from an Embassy suites to Casa Mani (both under the Hilton umbrella). Everything so far has been good. This is a really nice 3 star hotel. The gym is big and has lots of equipment that is normally in a much bigger hotel. All the employees have been very helpful and nice. You can choose self parking or valet. The main restaurant looks like it will be opening later but for now they have a big tent set up with heaters for breakfast and lunch. I love a good bathroom in a hotel and this one delivers. Nice big tub, double sink, Dyson hairdryer, dimmable lights, bidet, shower with a rain showerhead and nice plush towels. The bed is comfy and the AC works without being noisy or blowing straight on me in bed.

⭐️ 1 Star – New Management Has Completely Ruined This Place
I am beyond disappointed with this hotel, and the only explanation is the change in management because whatever they’re doing now is absolutely not working.
From the moment I checked in, it was clear that customer service is no longer a priority, the only exception was the front desk staff who were polite and did their best. Simple requests were treated like inconveniences, and any attempt to resolve issues was met with excuses instead of solutions.nowhere near the level you’d expect from a hotel charging these rates. It felt rushed, sloppy, and frankly uncomfortable.
What’s most frustrating is that this place could be amazing, but new management seems completely disconnected from guest experience. There was no accountability, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no effort to make things right.
I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Until management changes course or changes out entirely this hotel is not worth the money, time, or frustration.
