I made a reservation and paid in advance, then I received a call about an hour later saying that they had no rooms available, and that it was my responsibility to go and find my refund at the booking site. Wow.

Everything was going great.Check in was real smooth.I get to my room and I noticed there is no coffee maker. I went downstairs and talked to the clerk, and he said he was surprised there was not. He would have somebody send one up. Two hours later, I was ready to go have my dinner? So when I was going outside, I asked him about the coffee maker, and he told me that there were no longer coffee makers supplied to the rooms. He directed me to the coffee and the breakfast area. He could have called the room to inform me but he prefered to ghost me. I prefer to have my coffee while i'm getting ready in the morning. If you do not need coffee or tea in the morning before you go down for breakfast, then this is a great place for you. It is just not for me. The price was right. The location was good. It's just too bad.
