Welcome to the only IHG Hotel in Murrieta Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Murrieta-Temecula We are conveniently located in the heart of Murrieta situated between Murrieta Hot Springs Road, I-15 and the I-215 freeways and 45 miles away from the Ontario International Airport. Our hotel is located in the Murrieta Commons Area with access to retail and dining within walking distance. We are neighbors to the Murrieta Mesa High School and have over 70 restaurants around our hotel.

The gentleman at night who checked us in , was very attentive to our concerns for our two night stay. The young man during the day had a very upbeat friendly personality . As well as the housekeeper on the 4th floor where we stayed. THANK YOU HOLIDAY INM staff it was a great stay for my family including our bulldog, macho .

My wife is disabled and we have a service dog so upon checking in I let Giselle know I had a service dog (which I always do when checking in anywhere even though by law it’s not required). After checking out 2 days later in charged $250 for a pet fee. I have been calling Reya for over a week to get this resolved and left her several messages and she’s always “in a meeting” but you can hear her in the background talking with her employees at the front desk. After leaving 4 voicemails, I decided to drive over and then I was told again she was in a meeting and made me and my wife wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes. She then comes out and completely dismisses everything, has an excuse for everything, tells us her employee never was told we had a service dog which I did tell her AND I’M NOT REQUIRED TO! She then says her hotel is pet friendly by mistake and then says “oh wait” that’s not what I meant. She then storms off and tells us to dispute it with our bank and to contact her corporate office because she says she doesn’t care! Nice accommodation IHG HOTELS. You have a manager who is an angry person and cannot handle a simple conflict. I can only imagine what the employees feel like that have to work for her. And nice job Giselle for lying, what a standup person you are. Don’t stay here, go support another business who hires morally correct people.
