Welcome to the only IHG Hotel in Murrieta Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Murrieta-Temecula We are conveniently located in the heart of Murrieta situated between Murrieta Hot Springs Road, I-15 and the I-215 freeways and 45 miles away from the Ontario International Airport. Our hotel is located in the Murrieta Commons Area with access to retail and dining within walking distance. We are neighbors to the Murrieta Mesa High School and have over 70 restaurants around our hotel.

Everything looks and feels new. Heidi at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating. She even acknowledged us on our way out to dinner. One of the nicest HI Expresses we have ever stayed in.

We had to switch rooms because of loud freeway noise (you could here it loudly at 4am) only to be moved to another room with noise coming from the nearby high school at night. You can also clearly hear people and kids running or talking in the rooms above. During the room change, my baby’s first bath towel — an organic brown cotton towel with sentimental value — went missing. Housekeeping said they didn’t find it, and the hotel offered no compensation or meaningful help, only suggesting I file a police report. It was clearly stolen as I thoroughly checked through my luggage and remembered hanging it to dry after my baby’s shower. The lack of accountability and customer care was frustrating. It’s not about the cost, but the principle, and this stay fell below expectations. It’s such a shame they have employees that feel it’s ok to steal from customers who they think may have more than them.
