Great stay. Good hot food bar. Only weird thing is I received a call from IHG corporate, they offered me free points for taking a survey. The call was transferred and when they read me my address it was incorrect, they were also incorrect about how I made reservation and signed up for rewards points. When I didn’t give them the correct address because I stated I use my passport to check in most of the time, the person on the phone hung up on me. Not sure if it was fake or not but they were aware I had just stayed there. Just be aware they might be selling your information.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean for the most part. I later noticed my bedding had a stain (blood?) That looks as if its been washed but won't come out? Hopefully, washed. The noise coming out of the rooms/hall around you is ridiculous. Had a psycho above that banged, stomped and scrapped against the walls all day and night I supposed because the beds are noisey. Getting out and in to them makes squeaking noise. As someone else mentioned there's a school near by and some type of talking on a loud speaker was going to for awhile earlier in the day which I didnt mind but something to consider.

The hotel charged me $250 because apparently there was some blood on the sheets. Even after calling to discuss a reasonable resolution, they still charged me $250 for sheets

Please get rid of Jaylan . He lacks the ability and talent that it takes to work with issues of a sensitive nature. Hate him! Rude , disrespectful, and if your mama could of witnessed what you did to me shame on you. I called IHG by the way.
