Yes and no.
It is cheaper than other hotels around. And it is quiet.
The room was a bit odd from the layout and definitely need some renovations, specially the bathroom.
So far it was clean and the bed was okay.
Breakfast as usually and typical for that kind of hotel.

So we arrive, we have reservations, and the man at the desk says very rudely to us without any concern for our needs, 'check ins are at 3.' But it gets better. We try to get more info and he cuts us off saying "Basically we are a small hotel with no 24hr staff, it takes time to get rooms ready." All he had to say when we first came to him was 'we dont have any rooms available could you please return at 3' and there wouldnt be an issue. You dont condecend to your customers. I don't think he has worked customer service in his life if this is how they want to treat their customers.
