  The customer service night shift, was really understanding overall great reception, the rooms really clean and spacious. I stayed with my fiance for one night and we loved it.

  This hotel is fine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had no hot water the first day. The staff at the front desk does not seem very engaged with hospitality.

The staff here are a shining example of hospitality—always friendly, kind, and eager to make every guest feel right at home. It's the little things that make a big difference, like the warm welcome and personalized attention I receive each time I visit. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine connection the staff builds with their guests. It's such a special feeling to be remembered and welcomed back with open arms, especially when I come to visit every few weeks. Lillian and Felipe deserve a special mention for consistently going above and beyond to ensure my stay is nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail and genuine care make me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. If you're looking for a top-notch experience in Mountain View Silicon Valley, I can't recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites enough. With its exceptional staff and outstanding service, it's become my go-to choice for every visit.

  The Hotel is good, but it's under renovation for the past 2 months. There is no breakfast or atleast coffee. The front desk phone doesn't work for some reason. Customer service in person is great couldnt ask for a better in person service. The 4 star was only due to lack of breakfast for the 3 weeks I stayed in. They should have got some brown bags for breakfast... or remove free breakfast from their online site. ;)
