Mark at the front desk was surly and uncooperative, his manager Matt was helpful, but barely ( I couldn’t find my room because the layout is weird, for some reason they have both 100 and 200 level rooms on the same floor) when I asked Mark for help, he got flustered and argumentative and told me to ‘wait in line’ (behind a current guest), which I did), and after I asked to speak to a manager, after a brief wait, Matt showed up and explained in clear language where I should go, Mark sucks. Matt is OK.

The beds in our room were uncomfortable and kinda broken, both queens fall in on one side which had me sleeping at an angle and gave me crazy leg cramps. The toilets are really low to the ground and you can hear all the noise your neighbors make. It’s also right off the highway which makes it very noisy.
The pool and the hot tub were awesome, the restaurant took a little while with our orders but the food was good. The location to town is nice, just a few blocks from the center.

Stay was pleasant and comfortable until the staff didn't write in their notes that I called at 9:14am on the morning of check-out and requested a 12pm checkout, a late checkout that a staff member had offered me the night before! Treadmill didn't work in the fitness center. Pool and hot tub were great as well as the rest of the fitness center for my needs. Overall a great stay, but will not stay here again due to the staff.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel overnight on our way home from visiting family. The hotel is nice and quiet and conveniently located off of the I-5 freeway. This hotel has 2 separate dining areas each for breakfast and for lunch/dinner. This hotel was a bit pricey especially since breakfast is not included in the hotel price. We ate dinner there after we arrived for the night and we ate breakfast before we left the next morning for our trip home. We had chicken stir fry for dinner which was a large portion and my husband had bacon and eggs for breakfast and I had oatmeal. Both were adequate, but not really worth the cost. The bed was a bit hard, but I have a sensitive back so it may be good for others. Overall, it's a good hotel but not worth the price for us.
