    Stayed at the Best Western in Mount Shasta had a beautiful view off Mount Shasta. Our check-in process was splendid due to the professionalism and friendliness of Joselynn we had a few questions before we checked in and she was more than helpful to our questions and we will definitely recommend this to our friends and family I hope all Best Westerns are as nice as this one she signed us up for the Best Western membership and help us when we got there

    The hotel was a subpar facility overall but the front desk service and restaurant were impeccable. Carli’s service at the front was excellent, very welcoming and warm. Always had a smile and very kind.

    I am a local and have chosen to stay here now twice for my girls' birthday. They wanted to swim. Not only is the pool cold, but the hot tub is like bath water. This area and the gym were dirty. The bed that was brought for my daughter was horribly uncomfortable. I let it all slide a year ago because I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But for these room prices, the amenities should be worth it. The food and service at the restaurant were wonderful!

    Really nice motel with the view of mt shasta I'm a truck driver who needed a place to stay At the last minute yoy have park along the street and turn around in the mall park lot the rooms are awesome and coopers bar has good food

    Jocelyn was extremely welcoming and accommodating when it came to helping us find the perfect room to meet our family’s needs. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us by answering all of our questions. I’ve stayed at many different Best Westerns, and this one by far exceeded my expectations.
