  Great price, rooms are small, free breakfast was limited as well as seating, only 6 chairs and 3 small tables to sit down. Many guest to the meal to their rooms. Our friends had to change rooms due to toilet issues.

  We reserved a room with an ocean view but were told by the first person they didn't have any. The next person told me they had a room with a view but it did not have a lock. The room we were assigned was well below the standards we are used to at BW hotels. It only had one hand towel and no bath towels. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. I went downstairs to get soap and they gave me a conditioner bottle with soap written on it. After we checked out we received a message from someone named June who said that we would have our points refunded and 40% off our next stay and their apologies. My points were not refunded and now when I called the hotel direct they do not know who June is. We stay at quite a few BW Hotels and in terms of customers service this was the worst.

  Hi, just wanted to share a very disappointing experience that my family had here this past weekend. We had a family event planned, and had booked and confirmed our rooms well in advance, and had been assured by the manager, Lori that our family would be accommodated with our military discount. When we arrived everything was wrong. She would not accommodate our family, or even acknowledge the fact we had already arranged these 5 rooms with her personally, and acted as if we were lying. It was extremely embarrassing since we had family traveling from out of state for this event. She was unprofessional and extremely rude, she hung up on us, and canceled our reservation so we had to scramble last minute to find other arrangements. I just wanted to leave this review in case you were planning on having a family event here, you should probably book somewhere else. 😢

  I was there with my friends. I travel and been to many hotel and this place i will never go again. Staff were rude. The room is dirty with lots of stains. Everything about was unpleasant.

  Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Easy walking distance. They have a nice elevated patio area with views of Morro rock. Would definitely recommend this hotel, wish we could have stayed longer.
